Had the lunch set menu which was $18 for select appetizers (three soups to choose from) and an entrée: some kind of meat dish or vegetarian dish with rice or stir-fried noodles. Great value for the amount of food you get and pretty decent quality. Service was fine - need additional prompting sometimes because they take a while, but okay if you’re not in too much of a rush.

Went down on Christmas day, had duck for the first time. The meat was full of flavour. Despite the restaurant being very busy with deliveries and patrons, I was served very quickly and efficiently. Definitely will become my go to restaurant for a meal downtown.

Where do I begin. Went for a 8 course tasting menu chef Eva was delightful with the stories about the dishes and her roots. The food was divine. Had a cocktail pairing which were on point. This picture was of the scallop which was mouth watering this was dinning by Yan

I went 45 mins before closing and they were extremely receptive of us. Service was top notch and food was delicious. Large portions and reasonably priced. The vibes were also great (mostly hip hop music playing while I was there). Will for sure be coming back.

Loved our experience at Hong Shing. Last time I was here was a couple years ago (about 2018) and while the food was good the service was not…but coming back I can tell they have done a 180. The food still had the same great taste but the service was spectacular. Will definitely be coming back

We ordered take out. I really liked the Shanghai noodles. Dim sum was decent. Fried rice was over fried.

We ordres crispy beef, chicken fried rice and rice noodle with beef. The portions are huge, plenty of beef and it was very filling. Check out ubereats for any promotions. Will definitely order from here again when we crave for any crispy beef!

I went during happy hour and enjoyed my experience. We ordered the vegetarian crystal dumplings, ma la wings, and both $12 cocktails. I really liked the dumplings and the Pina Co Baijiu, which had a very sweet flavour. I think the wings weren't as spicy as I'd imagine ma la food. We also ordered the garlic beef tenderloin which had good flavour and texture. The staff were really kind and quick.
