I recently visited Holy Shakes for the first time on Tuesday to try their Smash Box deal, and I was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Rosie. She was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful, especially since it was my first time there and I was having a tough time deciding on a burger. Rosie guided me through the options and made a great recommendation that I thoroughly enjoyed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were refreshing! I highly recommend Holy Shakes to anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch service. Don’t miss out on this fantastic place!

I came here with my best friend on his birthday today just to get a milkshake. The lady worker seemed extremely irritated that we even walked into the store. It was 10:14 pm and they close at 11:00 so I don’t see any problem. She was extremely rude and kept yelling at me for asking a question about the ingredients, and then charged me for one thing but sold me something else completely. I paid $38 for 2 milkshakes and they weren’t even NEARLY what they looked like in the picture. I’ve been to holy shakes before many times, go to ANY location BUT not this one. Will ruin your view of holy shakes. P.S to the worker. If you hate your job so much, just quit and stop making others lives so miserable.

Amazing milkshakes and burgers I recommend it all of the strawberries milkshakes I love it and they have a lot of options I love the the environment and employees very easy to order and it's always fast perfect and I come every week

The milkshakes were really good. The burgers and sandwiches didn’t have a lot of sauce (and they charged for hot sauce) and kind of tasted a bit like a frozen burger that you buy at a grocery store. When I asked for water, they gave it to me in a McDonalds style take out fries container instead of a glass/cup. Nice Ramadan deal though- $20 for 2 burgers, fries and 2 mini milkshakes

We went post Iftar for the freak box and had to wait 35 mins for two burgers and two shakes. The restaurant was extremely short staffed with only two people working behind the counter. We got the chicken and beefs burgers. They were not delicious at all. The only thing that was good were the milkshakes which is why they didn’t get a lower rating.

Photos are much better than the reality! The photos draw you to the sandwiches and Shakes so bad, but once you follow the map to their location, your passion is ruined by a below-average, outside look of their shop, looking more like a convenience store. I got a crunchy chicken sandwich, Following the juicy, mouth-watering photo on their Insta and menus, but it was dryer than Mc Donald! Look at the picture I have uploaded of my order. I ordered a Nuttella Waffle Shakes, trusting the photos and videos on Insta and Menue on the wall, but it was toooooo average to be considered special. It was Too-Below to my expectations following their social media advertisements that I asked the multi-role chef to add sprinkles on the plain cream to make it look good for my child! I was very disappointed to see there was Only One Person, working in 3 roles there: Cashier, Chef, Server! Now, consider the hygiene aspect of it!!!!! I regret the half an hour drive from home to this location and the money spent on our order!

Recently visited Holy Shakes for the first time, and the shakes were absolutely amazing! The premium chocolate flavors stood out, providing a delightful treat. The staff was incredibly hospitable, guiding me to choose the best flavors. Apart from the fantastic shakes, don't miss their tempting cheesecakes – a delightful addition to the menu. Highly recommend this place for a sweet and satisfying experience!

Decides to check this place out. What I want to know is how do you serve French fries and NOT HAVE KETCHUP!!! SERIOUSLY?! It was clean, easy to find and lots of items to choose from on the menu. I got the Nashville chicken . Chicken was juicy and tender but there was barely a handful of fries with this “combo” . The sauce from the chicken was ok nothing special I found myself dipping my fries in the sauce due the fact they don’t have ketchup which is absolutely ridiculous when serving French fries. My friend got some butter chicken wrap that was ok nothing special . I won’t repeat as there are much better options in this plaza .
