We ordered a 2 for 1 deal from DoorDash which is not representative of this store specifically. The Food was 1/5 🌟 but I don't want to reduce this location's score unfairly. We had 2 Hawaiian Classic Bowls. DoorDash did not let us choose the rice and the description of the bowl (or the pictures) did not include a picture of rice. We received 2 bowls with default brown rice. It is (1) too salty and (2) we would have appreciated white rice instead, or a way to choose, or at least a mention of the brown rice in the dish description. Bad experience

I used to frequent the location north until they closed- then I followed them down south to this location. I used to absolutely love poke bowls from here. The ratio of sauce to toppings was delicious- I especially love their wasabi sauce and their tofu. I used to order the salmon but the last 6+ times I’ve ordered it it was extremely fatty and I was picking the salon out and tossing it- the tofu is def the way to go. They used to have wasabi peas as a topping and they made such a texture difference . I couldn’t put my finger on what’s different this is one of the things. Plus they’ve started the skimp on the toppings and veggies so now it’s just mostly rice and not enough sauce or toppings to make it taste good. I’ve given up and am currently on the hunt for a new poke place to scratch the itch hoki poke used to. I miss how good it used to be!

This place is far beyond amazing. The variety of bowls to meat options is what makes the experience enjoyable. I always grab the island or hawaiian bowl. All time favourite. Don’t think twice about anything. However, the bowl is pricey especially the meat portions are less. So keep that in mind :)

I got this poke bowl and its flavour was good, but honestly there are better options out there considering it was a little more of $20. The toppings are not that much and the bowl is mostly filled with rice. But the rice tastes good though. It’s a nice place to eat if you’re in a hurry since its service is very fast.

The fish is torched carefully on one side, giving it a smokey flavour, and keeping the rawness throughout the rest of the cut. The unique process, and the use of purple rice, puts its poke bowls a step above other places. I paid about $26 for a large signature bowl. There is stool seating along the wall table.

I have tried a couple of poke bowl restaurants and found this to be one of the best. I always get the Hawaii Bowl, and it never disappoints. The salmon is torched to perfection. The crispy onions add crunchiness to the bowl. Overall, a well balanced meal. However, it is pricey.

I'd tried a bunch of poke bowl places downtown Toronto, but a few friends and I found ourselves in the area, and after a quick google search and some decent reviews we figured we'd give Hoki Poke a try. Overall great food. We all had different bowls and the salmon and tuna were very fresh. The cucumber, edamame, seaweed salad, corn leafy greens were also very fresh. We were also fortunate enough to try their takoyaki and dumplings, which is the only reason this is 4/5. The poke bowls were top notch, but unfortunately the takoyaki was a little dry, despite having sauce drizzled on it. Still though, great taste and flavor, and amazing service by the staff.

Ordered the 1/2 salmon, 1/2 tuna with a bunch of personalized toppings and it was yummy but I still felt hungry after 😒 Bang for your buck could be better, toppings were fresh but there wasn't a huge selection.... sorry but Poké Guys is still my fave! 😋 Don't get me wrong, this place is still great but PG has more selection and is more filling.
