Very good authentic Korean food, very generous portions. The chicken cutlet bento came with two layers of chicken cutlet, we couldn't finish the meal. The purple rice was delicious. Pork bone soup came with three large bone pieces and potatoes. Soup was well done. The meal also came with three side dishes. Appreciated the pager that sounds when our food is ready so that we could sit down and wait without any mixup. Downside is they only take cash or debit, meals do not come with tea and extra bowls and cutlery come with a small charge.

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! My love Gamjatang, I've missed you so much. Your pork bones are as tender as always, but it looks like you've gained some weight, although that's a good thing. Your gochujang-based broth is flavourful as always, and your perilla seed makeup is beautiful. Your outfit of purple rice, japchae, sesame oil bean sprouts and kimchi looks brilliant too, no wonder you're my Korean food of choice for days when I need comfort.

Really enjoy the Korean food here. The service is also quick and cordial. The spicy pork box is my go-to dish and has a sweet and only mildly spicy taste which is good for those who are new to Korean food. Will eat here again and again.

Take out review! In First Markham place food court there is as many as 3 Korean restaurants at some point and they are selling almost identical items. 2022 May. One closed and 2 left. HoHo service is excellent, the lady took my order is very friendly and respond with a smile. after you order they give you a pager so it will beeps when your order is ready. Food come out fast and food portion is fair (how it priced) Each main dish we order came with 3 side dishes! The side dishes taste average but it is very fresh. which is great too. We ordered pork bone soup and spicy Tofu soup. Both taste really good except pork bone soup is only warm and Spicy Tofu soup is still hot and steaming. Overall is a great Korean restaurant and you should give it a try in my opinion.

This time I chose spicy pork soup - very delicious. Shop owner is polite, I like so much this restaurant. By the way, last time I tried a cold soup noodle, I would give my 5 stars rating too.
