One of the best value places in the city for great food! I got the chicken katsu with kimchi and noodles and a drink for $10. Everything is freshly made and packed with great Korean flavours! The couple that run the place work very hard and are very nice. Can get busy but, they handle the volume of customers very well. Only open limited hours during work days but, well worth it if you’re in the area!

This is a fantastic hole in the wall takeout place run by an elderly Korean couple. The line can get pretty long during lunch hour but everything is so fresh and tastes amazing. Epitome of cheap, delicious takeout!

Finally made it to HoGa the food is yummy. Looks very simple, zero presentation but great for the price. I had the bulgogi

Listen. You want an inexpensive meal in the PATH? This is it. $8.50 for Korean chicken+rice+2 sides of your choice. Simple menu, simple place. Decent food. Personally don't like the kimchi, japchae is great. Don't expect fast service - run by an elderly couple. Where one mostly takes the order, does cash register leaving the other to fill all the orders. Up to 30 minute wait. They take card, but obviously cash is better. The guy is kind of cranky...Someone put a bill on the counter and got scolded for not putting it in his hand and I thought at first he was also not very helpful with the food but perhaps he is trying to be hygienic. Overall I would come back even earlier to beat the line cause it's a no frills place. Happy to support a family run business.

It’s always crowded around lunch time so decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken katsu with noodles and salad. Food was decent and price is hard to come by. There’s not many staff so the line goes pretty slow. Come at opening time or a bit after lunch hour to avoid long wait time.

The food tasted good, but I didn't find it to be anything outstanding or particularly remarkable. The price is amazing, though. It's hard to believe food can be this cheap these days. Come early at opening or be ready to wait in line.

Super good value for a Korean meal in the PATH. Be sure to come here with cash and save 50 cents - this is on an already <$10 meal. Unreal in 2022. I've yet to try the katsu as the lineups are pretty long, however the bulgogi and korean chicken are solid options. I wish there was a larger assortment of sides, the 2 that you get with your main are still fine.

Small takeout place in the PATH with very affordable Korean takeout. All of the items were made fresh and most are ready to go. All menu items are fairly affordable and is recommended to come early as it gets busy very quickly (lineups can start even before 12pm). The staff are extremely helpful and friendly to help with your order.
