a great spot for traditional chaozhou cuisine. lots of great delicacies here including pork intestines and duck beak. lots of options for braised dishes and the prices are quite reasonable. in terms of flavor, the braised dishes are very rich in soy taste and not too overwhelming. my favorites were the wonton which were very large and the braised soy duck. portions are massive as well which is a big plus.

Food was very tasty. Prices and portions are fair. Place is busy during lunchtime on weekends. Their chilli oil is amazing.

Reasonable prices and their dishes are all great, at least those we ordered. On the day I visit they even serve gooes. Only their desserts are not that special.

Hing's is everything you would expect from a noodle place... but more - they have rice options. Their soup noodles are decent, and the Rosé soy sauce chicken tastes delicious. I believe they use free-range chicken, as the texture of the chicken was a bit tough. My only gripe is that their half-chicken dishes have more bones than meat. Will come back for more soup noodles!

This is a nice restaurant at the neighbourhood, offering reasonable price and good food. Service is efficient. We ordered a couple of promoted dishes from the posters. They tasted good but the portion is a bit too little with the price and compared to what being shown on the poster. They served with recycled tableware that created a feeling of fast food store and degraded the overall dining experience. I would suggest the food they served should pair with regular dining ware.

Loved their chewy fish balls, better than other places. The rice noodle soups came with vegetables (choysum), deserved an extra star. Staff was very nice.

***TL;DR/THINGS TO KNOW*** - They do plastic utensils and cutlery, if you're environmentally cautious then this might not be a great place for you - The size of their noodle soup bowl is about 7 inches in diameter and ~4 inches deep I came here with my partner and got seated immediately, it was already quite full. The service was quite fast and we were in-and-out in under an hour. We ordered the House Special Beef brisket and the shrimp and chives wonton soup. I think given inflation and current dining pricing, the cost of these meals are actually on the cheaper end in comparison to other restaurants. It's a very no-frills kind of restaurant, and I generally have no complaints about the taste of the food. I do think, however, the stewed beef brisket house special was a bit expensive for the amount we were given and the plate it was served on ($17 dollars for meager amount of meat served on a flimsy plastic plate doesn't sound very worth it to me)
