Hey Noodles 嘿小面 is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.
Hey Noodles is a chain of casual noodle restaurants that specialize in Xiăo Miàn and originated in Chongqing, China. In the early 2000s, a Xiăo Miàn craze spread through China and the chain grew to more than 200 locations! The popularity of our food inspired us to open our first location in North America. On May 16, 2015, we opened in Toronto's vibrant Chinatown neighbourhood. Since then, we have continued to grow, opening six new locations that have been successful to the point where we get requests to open in new neighbourhoods on a daily basis. Our brand is an ambassador of Chongqing culture in North America, and we strive to treat every customer as a valued guest who wants to learn about Chinese food and culture.

I had a bomb bowl of noodles - really good time. It was a thick, spicy numbing broth full of chewy noodles and braised beef. Really solid casual meal, I’m curious to come back and try more things off the menu.

Food 1/5 Service 3/5 Vibe 2/5 Overall my experience was meh… there was either no AC or minimum AC in the store, and in summer, thats kinda like a crime for a sweaty person like me😂 Food came out really quick, but quality was meh. 1 bowl that came in, a chuck of noodles were completely stuck tgt 😅 so they changed it for me, which was nice, but you can tell they basically just scooped all the noodle out and put new ones in. I personally didnt like it, as my toppings were minced beans and pork, so everything was in the bottom. (Some may think im picky but thats my personal preference) - Flavour wise, SALTY and oily. Tbh not a fan. 1/5. Popcorn chicken - SO SALTY, literally hit me deeply in my soul🥲 0/5 Cucumbers - i personally dont like it but comparing the above 2, its the winner😅 i give it 1/5 Dont think ill ever come back to this store. Now im kinda worry the other store i usually go to have became the same quality🥹 (finger cross it stays the same as before) Fyi: soooo many flies, Becareful of your food or even water cups.

This Hey noodles will be my go-to Spicy Noodle from now on since I always have a late dinner tho. A place is spacious, clean and cozy with reasonable price menus. I love sesame paste dry noodle and salty crispy chicken spicy & mild numbing egg noodle, super delicious and fresh. Next time will def try other dishes too. Plus the Staff was so nice and helpful.

One of the perks of this place is that they are open late, even during the week. They serve very delicious dry noodles and noodle soups and the staff are very friendly. I came here on a weekday and it was busy. You can either order from their signature noodles menu or make your own noodles, by choosing the protein, noodle type, seasoning, and spice level. We ordered “Peach Yakult” and “Peach Soda” for drinks, “fried Chicken” for appetizer and “Beef Brisket”, “Minced Pork” and “Meat Lovers” noodles. Everything tasted really good and the ingredients were fresh. Great food and lovely atmosphere.

Are you serious? 😁 you get free noodle refine. The food was very good. The price was even better! Customer service better that! Very clean place and friendly people. I recommend this place and I am going to come back. Try the sweet and shower soss with the cucomber✅😊😊😊 Sorry I didn't take the best photos as I was enjoying my food too much. Next time I will do better 😁

Fantastic service, food is tasty and reasonably priced compared to a lot of mediocre stuff in the area. They are cash or debit only. Staff is super kind. My mom got hilariously overwhelmed by the numbing spice of her noodles (she got medium level for both spice and numbing) and they ran right over and got her a less spicy version of her bowl as well as some dessert on the house. Do not be like my mother. Know your personal spice tolerance and order accordingly 😂

This location is newly opened. We tried their special and thought the soup was very flavourful and the noodles to have the perfect texture. You can ask for more options of the noodle without an extra cost as well. The crispy chicken was well flavoured and a nice side. The service was very quick despite the demand and everyone was very kind and attentive. I would recommend this location!

Visited as part of their grand opening special. The portion sizes were decent and due to the free refills on noodles (for soup noodles only), it was basically guaranteed to be filling. Soup was decent with and can choose the spice and numbness level. The pan fried dumplings were also decent too, as they were not overdone and decently crispy. The more popular item was the salty crispy chicken. Service was okay but were trying to keep up with the lineup of customers for the grand opening special. Overall, it’s a decent place for noodles in the area.
