Hey Noodles 嘿小面 is a new restaurant in Markham opened more than 6 months ago.
Hey Noodles is a chain of casual noodle restaurants that specialize in Xiăo Miàn and originated in Chongqing, China. In the early 2000s, a Xiăo Miàn craze spread through China and the chain grew to more than 200 locations! The popularity of our food inspired us to open our first location in North America. On May 16, 2015, we opened in Toronto's vibrant Chinatown neighbourhood. Since then, we have continued to grow, opening six new locations that have been successful to the point where we get requests to open in new neighbourhoods on a daily basis. Our brand is an ambassador of Chongqing culture in North America, and we strive to treat every customer as a valued guest who wants to learn about Chinese food and culture.

Grand opening, very comfy and nice vibe noodle place. Excellent: free refill noodle !!! Good: noodle and beef brisket, popcorn chicken , soup base taste is good. Improvement: amount of soup could be more. In addition, you can hang out here where other places can't even hear.

By fluke we came to fmp and saw a huge poster advertising $1 noodles and realized it was their grand opening. The grand opening special is where they have a deal for $1 noodles for the chongqing noodle which has no toppings just plain noodles. However to get this offer, you must follow their ig page, send the ig post to 3 friends and like their ig post for the grand opening special. Food wise, the noodles is ok. Nothing special about it. We ended up ordering the $1 and 2 other noodles which is one pork belly and one braised beef. The pork belly was better. Overall it's ok , I would come back but if I didn't have any other options.

Noodles were all delicious, I really liked how you could customize each bowl from the spice levels to the toppings it came with. Staff were also very friendly and the overall atmosphere was very comfy! 😊

Ordered classic dry noodle with minced pork and peas to go. The portion is perfect and delicious. After mixing, every single noodle is sticked with the sauce very well. Worthy to come back and dine in next time.

Always a good place to go. You can customize what gets added. There is usually lettuce at the bottom so if you dont want it, just leave a note on the app. Same with spice, just ask for it on the side if you arent big on spice. Delicious food and definately filling.

Got the meat lover with egg noodles and it was really good except the pork intestines. I usually love pork intestines but theirs isn’t as good. Beef, pork ribs and lamb on the other hand was really good. Soup base was very flavourful + their chilli oil + peanut! Tomatoes with beef noodle soup was pretty good. Beef is on the fatty side which my daughter wants a fan of.
