So this is a step up from burger king. had the smash burger combo. fries were fresh. burger was good. burger was condiment heavy, would order with less next time but tasted ok. place was clean but basic.

Oh my god !! I wasn't sure that you guys had this kind of spicy and tasty burgers. I really loved it. i came here by 4.00 in the morning and was too much hungry. But then I taste spicy chicken burger, that's really amazing. Service was good at late night, too. It's really a Hero certified burgers.

This little Hero Burger spot, tucked away in a bigger building, is easy to miss—but after reading this, I hope you won’t anymore. The food was made perfectly, and the ambiance was calm and welcoming. The lady working there was super nice and really made the whole experience even better. I came in on break from work, searching for a burger that wouldn’t leave me feeling regretful like most fast food does. Hero Burger delivered! I’ve been to other locations before, but this one hit different. The burger was made fresh, tasted just right, and even the presentation was on point. The lady’s calm demeanor was everything, especially when you’re on break and just need a moment to relax. I didn’t catch her name, but I appreciate her and hope she sees this! (I came in Monday around 11 a.m.—you know who you are.) So, if you’re looking to be saved by a hero, this is your spot. If you lean more toward the villain side of things, maybe one of those greasy fast food spot is for you

Guys there don’t have a minimum required for customer service they are rude and always make mistakes in orders, they don't ask about what you want on your sandwiches while they must do that.

Purgatory of burgers, very much mid but decently priced at around $8.5 for a "smashed" burger (misleading btw, I see old photos & it appears they used to actually do smash patties, which gives a crispy crust on the meat, but that no longer seems to be the case). Wish the patty was a bit hotter so it could have melted the cheese and the bun toasted, would have made all the difference IMO & could have possibly bump the score up to a 4. Other than that, service is quite friendly.

Was a great experience the food came quick and the staff brought the food to us as we waited which was very pleasant. Fries were crispy and fresh. The burger was dressed well and flavourful. Would recommend this location

Have lived in US for few yrs before coming to Canada but never liked burgers anywhere. But Hero Certified Burgers has the best veggie burger I ever had abroad.. I visited their Yonge & King outlet and ordered meatless crispy chicken combo, poutine & sweet potato fries and loved it big time.. the staff was very friendly and helpful to guide us on what to eat.. they suggested me to try their newly launched smoothies and I ordered mixed berries smoothie for myself and premium iced tea for my dad. OMG it was super duper yummy! The restaurant was very clean even at this time of the night with good music and ambience to enjoy meal at 2.30am.. going there soon again for sure 😉☺️
