I had the pleasure of dining at Hero Burgers for the first time with a group of 10, and we were thoroughly impressed. The burgers were absolutely divine - crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was exceptional, thanks to Server Sujal's outstanding hospitality. He managed our table with utmost courtesy and efficiency, despite being solo. His attentiveness and timing were impeccable. I highly recommend Hero Burgers and look forward to returning soon..!!

We had an incredible experience tonight! The burger was absolutely delicious juicy and bursting with flavor, truly mouthwatering. The fries were perfectly crispy, complementing the meal perfectly. I also want to highlight Sujal, who prepared our burgers with such care. His humble and gentle demeanor made our dining experience exceptional. Late-night dinner at this place was truly a delight, and I can't wait to return!🤩

My kids and I like chicken burgers from Hero Burger and it's so delicious. It was third time we were there. And fries are delicious too. But, Staff: Last time there were a lady who works so slow. For real slow and if you are hungry, it's little hard to be more patience. And she didn't smile or show that she is happy to help you. At least a little smile. Tip: The idea of asking for a Tip at the beginning is not good. Every time the machine shows if I want to give a tip or not. Why I should give a tip if I don't know how the service going to be? Another issue, cleaning; spiders and their webs in there. On the ceiling, there are a lot of big spiders with their webs. The place needs to be cleaned. I hope the kitchen is clean. To be honest, next time when I go there again, if I see it's still not cleaned, I won't order anything. If they are not hesitating with showing us that they don't care about cleaning everywhere there, I think kitchen is not clean either. Stars are for the food nothing else.

I tried the Smash Burger with double patty and I can definitely say it is best in the Toronto. Amazing food with best customer service. I liked the music and enjoyed the food while watching their tv show called Super Human. Will visit again for sure. Must Recommend
