Hero Certified Burgers

Worst location. Waited 20 minutes to get my food and there were no other orders in front of me. My milkshake turned out to be a smoothie and the employee didn't understand why it didn't make sense to deliver a completely different drink than what was ordered as if I somehow knew they only served smoothies and not shakes. She didn't know how to process refunds on card and just pulled out a random amount of cash from the till instead.

Had to wait 20 mins for a burger, then it came out horribly done. They are all confused among them selfs. the smell here is heavy and toxic of old burnt oil. I ask poeple not to visit this place, horrible service

Don't know what the food is like, went in to order, had to use a screen in a pizza place, picked items I wanted from menu and before I was even finished, lady says we don't have the milk shakes. Well, why is it on the menu and allowed me to order. I left and went to a other burger place that had excellent service and the items on their menu,

The food was cold, they let it sit there as they talked. They asked ME how to make the food, didn’t know how to make a simple burger with lettuce and mayo, didn’t have fountain drinks or shakes. Asked for help ordering, and they didn’t even know how to work the cash. This place needs new workers, they just talk to each other and let your food get cold and it’s made super poorly, very flavourless.

Order a famous Hero burger, knew the taste, though I do not order Hero burger often. This is a Pizza Pizza and burger combined store, at first I thought I came to a wrong store as there is no clear separation between these brand names. They took out a frozen burger patty, put on the grill, the way like they don’t do this often, no wonder pizza is their main business. As soon as the burger is served, I took the first bite, found the meat was COLD!
