Hero Certified Burgers

Atrocious experience at this place. The woman working barely spoke english and moved at a snail’s pace. I had to order from my phone and then my 2 breakfast sandwiches took over half an hour to be ready. How can you call yourself a fast food restaurant? I could’ve had a sit down meal at a restaurant in less time. Will not be returning.

Amazing Experience at Hero Certified Burgers! Visited Hero Certified Burgers this past weekend on Sunday at the York Mills location, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Both the food and customer service were top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect with my order and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great dining experience. The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell a lot of care goes into making each burger. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great meal and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back! Hope this helps capture the essence of your visit!

Ordered through Uber Eats. Food arrived refrigerator cold. Spent over $125 for 7 beef and 2 chicken burgers. Called Hero, and they claim it's not their responsibility the fiod arrived cold. While I agree to a point, the food was not delivered in an insulated food bag. Hero claims they can't enforce Uber drivers to pick up food orders with the proper delivery requirements. Also the meat does not look anything like beef.

Came here for lunch today had the premium iced coffee drink which was disgusting. Did not like it at all. I do not recommend it. I also ordered the smashed burger which was kinda small but it was okay with a poutine that was not the greatest but it was eatable. I also ordered another smashed burger combo with onion rings and my daughter said they were very good!! My father had a strawberry milkshake which was very disappointing it tasted good but it was not thick. I’ve had hero burger before and I had the same experience and I was hoping for a different outcome but unfortunately it was the same.

This location is unfortunately very dirty. The smell from the rags they use to clean the floor smell like mildew and wet dog smell. The lady that was making the burgers used a dirty rag to clean the vegetable area after she already out on a clean glove, and proceeded to use the same glove to out veggies in the containers. There is absolutely no hygiene in this place and I would not recommend eating here.

I ordered the plant based burger and it was the most unappealing burger I've ever seen (see photos). Not sure if this is the norm here as it was my 1st time at Hero Burgers. It tasted even worst than it looks. Bun hard and dry and burger severely burnt. So not worth so much money. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the place and all the staff were following safety protocols

Stopped in for quick bite with my wife. Ordered my usual grilled chicken with all the fixins and two sides of fries. The food was amazing as always! The service was the usual friendly service, I’ve grown accustomed to with the Hero Certified brand. The restaurant could have been cleaner and the washroom door needs fixing. I would definitely return as these things don’t determine my choice of place to eat.
