Hero Certified Burgers

Had dinner Oct 31, went with friend and we had two kids. There was only one server/ cook/ cashier working that night. Ordering was easy and fast but cooking service time was horrible. Thought we would be able to get a quick bite and be put trick-or-treating but it was painful to watch her take orders and slowly try cook them alone. The single female working that evening had to deal with walk ins, take their order, which I turn delayed her in cooking ours. To top it off, there were online orders coming in too as well as delivery drivers coming in to get orders. Ordered burgers and fried. The fries don't come in a bag/holder anymore. Just random amount of fries thrown on the tray with the wrapped burger.

Incredible service by the lone worker, very clean. Burger cooked to perfection, kind gentleman at the counter. Very clean and absolutely DELICIOUS!

Just another chain of an influencer franchise burgers. Ample space for parking as it's associated with a plaza. The joint is open late night as well for night owls. It does have a restroom as well. Service can be improved.

Food was fine. Service was not. The guy taking orders didn't greet us when we came in. Instead, he made us wait while he finished whatever he was doing on his phone. Everything that we ordered was charged as individual items instead of combos so we ended up paying extra. When I asked for a receipt, he was unable to provide one. Following this, he went back to playing on his phone.

They do seafood???!!! I ordered from Uber eats but it was under Hero Certified Seafood. I was confused at first but it was coming from the same location as Hero Certified Burger. It came in their packaging as well. Maybe they are testing the whole fish and chips market out but the fish is definitely not on par with what you expect and get when you order a burger. It was worth a try but I won’t order this again.

Ordered 4 burgers 2 original cheese burgers and 2 spicy crispy sandwiches. The cheese burgers were good but both the chicken burgers felt small in comparison to other locations. taste was ok felt like they put too much mayo. Not sure why they squished all the sandwiches very tightly cause it caused one of the sandwiches to become distorted.

Nice clean place with amazing burgers and excellent customer service. The food was ready in under 10 minutes and the patties were juicy, chewy and fresh. Standard hero certified burger yumminess. I wouldnt recommend blue cheese burgers if you arent accustomed to it given its an acquired taste and it isnt like some modified version of cheddar and mozzarella. They have a new vegan burger out which i am wanting to try and see what it tastes like. I love my meat(no pun intended) but i am always open to trying other options. Food was amazing. Service was quick. Place is very clean and for babies they have booster seats too. Owner is very friendly and so easy to talk too. Will answer question to the dot. Would definitely come back
