Wow, I’m so shocked by the old reviews here! This place must have had some management or enormous changes! The store is very stylish, clean, and modern looking. Burger patty was rich and vegetables were fresh. Portions are very generous compared to prices ($14-$15 combos are rare to find nowadays). They have their signature burger on a deal ($6.99) Service very quick and friendly. Definitely coming back.

I just had the best beef burger at HCB. It was cooked to perfection and the patty was really juicy. The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel really special. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to eat great food in a welcoming environment. Would be coming here soon along with my friends.

I've driven by many times and decided to stop in. Immediately after walking in the door I was met with a horrible smell of what smelled like farts. There was nobody in there aside from the employee(s) and the place was filthy dirty. I was about to order but could no longer take the nasty smell so I walked out. Response to the owners response: I edited some reviews over the last 15 min. They aren't new reviews, only yours. And, I didn't say it was today that I stopped in, it was actually last week. Did you notice the other reviews about your store stating how dirty it is? One guy even stated that the health board needs to investigate your store because it's so dirty. Did you see the rest of my reviews? Did you see all the 5 star ratings I gave other establishments? I just gave Martino's pizza a 5 star. So, when you say all my reviews are bad reviews ... you didn't take the time to read them. Those businesses deserve it because they value and appreciate their customers and they manage their establishments properly abide by Ontario health codes for restaurants and food establishments. You 1 received 1 star because your store is filthy dirty and it stinks. Maybe stop complaining about your reviews and do something about the state of the business you operate ... and then maybe you'll get better reviews.

Loved our eating out experience at Hero Burgers. I’m always vary of burger joints buts this one hit all the right notes. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. No delays. Well put together burgers. The owner was around and ensuring the customers were well taken care of. Highly highly recommend.

We recently visited this new freshly opened joint of Hero Certified Burger. We literally chanced upon it. Everyone was super hungry and we ordered a couple of burgers. The staff was supper helpful and friendly. We were also greeted by the owner who was sweet enough to ask us about our experience. The burgers were itself really tasty and juicy. I will surely be visiting them again. :)

Was staying away because of the reviews, but glad I tried this place! I found the burger to be rather juicy with decent quality ingredients. The doneness was on the medium side, which I personally prefer. The 8oz is a filling chunk of a halal burger, with their signature sauce and a little hot sauce - I was quite impressed! The environment is a little dull and the mandatory use of the kiosk if you're paying by card was annoying, but all in all good experience. Will come back.
