Hero Certified Burgers

I don’t usually leave bad reviews. Came here on Saturday at 6:30 and got burgers to go. When I got home I saw cheese was added in all the burgers when I clearly said no to cheese. Also they’re trying to cut costs by putting very little amount of condiments. There was barely anything in the burger.

Just spent $90 to receive burgers that barely have any condiments on it, not to mention they are missing condiments that are printed on the order! First tried to make the order with the lady at the cashier and tried to tell me that it only comes with ketchup, relish and something else. Had to order it online since the website was allowing me to put all the condiments that I do need on all 8 burgers. Then instead of allowing me to pour my own drinks, the lady insisted on her doing it until I told her that I need some of the drinks mixed. Just an overall annoying experience. Hero Burger definitely isn't anywhere close to what it use to be or maybe only the Heartland location is worthwhile. The fries are cold and ended up squishing someone the burgers since the burgers were placed at the bottom of the bag and the fries places on top (4 burger and 4 fries in each bag). When a customer spends almost $100 in your establishment try and put a lot more care into their order. Won't be coming back to this location.

We had the spicy jalapeno burger combo with fries and coke Really liked the fries - they were crispy and warm. The burger was good (4/5) - generous amount of Jalapeno Will definitely try out other items on the menu sometime

Ordered burger & chicken wings on UE - the wings were as hard as fossils and had to throw it away as I couldn't even bite into them (see pics). I suspect they've been re-fried at least TWICE to have resulted this. Not sure if it's a late-night shift thing (ordered at 9:40pm ish) or simply a bad batch but won't ever buy from again. Tried to call to complain but no one answered the phone. Burgers on the other hand is above average. If anyone who's ever ordered from the other location at Britannia/Creditview (now permanently closed) and hope to get the same quality, I can honestly tell you it's NIGHT & DAY DIFFERENCE.

Could be better quality has gone down ordered featured smash burger loud young people who won't keep an inside voice. Talking with relatives or friends on the phone is not professional on the job which I overheard the burger was cold buns please learn to cook properly they just hiring anyone today.

Such a fine dine in experience. Staff is very good and friendly. We ordered Jalepeno spicy chicken burger and chicken strips with bbq sauce and chipotle sauce. You can make it combo with drink. One time drink refill is free.

Relish the the taste of Angus meat here! Amazing taste, first attempt on hero burger! Deeply satisfied. The owner was very kind generous and warm. Amazing staff, friendly and patient. Place was neat and clean, followed covid protocols. Kitchen was viewable and it seemed quite hygienic. Comfortable dine in arrangement.
