Hero Certified Burgers

We ordered through Uber Eats pick up. They put relish on both burgers, which we didn’t order. I ordered ketchup, mustard and pickles and didn’t receive any of those ingredients. The fries were cold and hard. The food was disgusting.

Got the Black Friday special burger deal. My mom Ate one burger at the restaurant, and another one to take home, tasted very stale and bad, asked them to change it, they had only changed the one burger eatin at the restaurant, the take out one did nothing with that. The replacement still didn’t taste good, but better than the first one. So then the one that was brought home, I had, took one bite and it was terrible, nothing on it, very dry, felt as if I was choking trying to swallow that one bite down. Called them the next day which was today, the lady was very rude on the phone, didn’t care about the complaint, the customer service was horrible and especially the way this lady was handling it, when asked for the managers name she hangs up the phone and then when I called back 3 times, no one answered the phone.. extremely disgusted by this location, the food, and service… would not recommend this place to anyone to go and eat.

Ordered Spicy jalapeno sandwich - 3/10 Weird taste not so good. Just average Spicy chicken wings - 1/10 Tasted like glue. I ordered spicy bt still felt like dipped in honey. I would still prefer church chiken over this place.

I recently visited Hero Burger and had a disappointing experience. The burger itself was one of the worst I've ever had—dry and lacking flavor, it fell far short of my expectations. To make matters worse, the seating was in disrepair; several seats had broken covers, which not only looked uninviting but also made the dining experience uncomfortable. It’s clear that there’s little attention to maintaining quality, both in food and environment. Overall, I left feeling let down and unlikely to return.

SARITA is absolutely amazing and always completes orders on time. When I visited, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring everything was perfect. I’ve never met someone as friendly and attentive as SARITA. She truly stands out and makes the experience at Hero Certified Burgers even better. I can’t praise her enough for her dedication and kindness!

I always get sweet potato fries from this location but this time they were drenched in oil. Were so soggy. Not worth eating. Technically wasted my money for a product i could not eat. Bought (Friday oct 1st) @ 10:45pm

They took my spicy veggie burgers order, cashier was nice , gave us options , explained about it. But another employee was inside, she saw that we’re ordering veggie burger, she was sweeping. After payments, waited 5 minutes, was excited to try hero certified after long time. And they said sorry we don’t have this patty. I mean you don’t know what you don’t have??????? Poor knowledge, poor customer service, poor management. Cant grow business with this service .
