Helena’s one of the best affordable eats in the downtown area. Stuffed chicken breast was delicious. Potato pancake is a perfect side dish. Nice variety of vegetables. I’m looking forward to getting the shepherds pie next time. I highly recommend Helena’s!

Big portion sizes for a good price. I paid $9.95 (tax included) for a big slice of spinach pie and 3 sides. Everything tastes great and the couple running the kitchen were nice. Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Helena’s is one of the best value and quality places to eat in the city. Homestyle European food made by the nicest Korean couple. I had the stuffed chicken breast with latkas, barley, and salad. It was delicious! $10 was an incredible price to pay for such fresh and homestyle food! I highly reccomend Helena’s Magic Kitchen to anyone in the area!

I came here a couple times for lunch and the food is always delicious and reasonably priced. For less than $9, you get a stuffed or grilled chicken breast, and 3 sides. There are a ton of really healthy options - I particularly like the barley, beet salad, carrots, green beans, and broccoli. They also have some really good quiches and meat pies. The couple that work here are lovely and always serve your food with a smile. Highly recommend this place if you want something healthy and cheap!

Got lunch from here and I’m really impressed at the amount of food that I got for $10! This is a great place if you’re looking for healthy options that won’t break the bank. I got the grilled chicken combo and it was very tasty with the chicken fresh off the grill. They also have potato latkes and fresh quiches. Service was also great. Definitely worth a try!

It’s so good, for stuffed chicken (which is filled to the brim with this spinach mixture), and an option of 3 sides for 9.95 after tax is a crazy good deal! Plus I love how the salads are seasoned. The owners are super friendly and sweet, I just wish I could tip them. For sure one of those meals that are satisfying and last me awhile. Personally I also love the honey mustard over the mushroom gravy 🤷♀️

You go there for the price. For $10 you get what you see: 3 sides and a main course (I got the stuffed chicken). Good portion size with healthy choices. Taste was decent but not as flavourful as I hoped.

This is by far the best under 10$ food I have had in Toronto. You get a huge portion and the food is very delicious. The staff were very friendly. They have actual healthy options with high protein and lots of veggies that taste great. Definitely recommend this place is a gem.
