Mostly go through the drive-thru and I do end up waiting longer than usual but every time, the food is great! I won't speak for anyone but I'll happily wait if it means the food comes out as good as it does. Thankful to have a well serviced Harvey's in Stouffville, keep it up!

fried pickles on a poutine, its nice but it would be better to have an option to have the fried pickles on the side other than on top of it. Maybe its nice to have it for dine in but not for takeout or delivery, fried pickles becomes too soggy

Burgers and fries were cooked great. Service was great as well. Enough staff were on that day compared to the other Harvey’s I’ve been to. Staff are friendly with smiles on their face. There is one person that stood out in my experience. This teenager kid his name is Aiden. The guy is a pro putting all toppings on top of the burgers. I must say he has a “surgeon’s hands”. He is so meticulous and neat in topping up burgers even though it was a busy day. Nice looking burgers equals delicious burgers. We dined in that day. I think the ambiance was superb as well. There was a soft music playing in the background. I’ve never experienced any other Harvey’s like that! Reminded me of Lime Rickey’s back in the day with hits from 50’s 60’s 70’s. Keep up the good work. Will definitely visit this chain again and I’m 30 km away from it lol.

Nicest Harvey’s I’ve been to in a while. Staff were kind, food was fresh and place is kept very clean Tons of spots to sit down and you can enjoy both Harvey’s and Swiss chalet Top pics are the crispy chicken wrap, fries, onion rings and fried pickles!

It was a VERY SIMPLE order and it was done wrong!!!I asked for no ketchup only tomatoes and lettuce on one of the burger…But they added on ketchup but not the lettuce. And the other burger has no lettuce. Not sure if they run out of lettuce or what! If that was the case they could just inform me. The restaurant wasn’t busy…very disappointed!!!

Last month purchased combos and the drinks tasted and smelled like chemicals. We had to discard the drinks both times. The fries were also undercooked one time and extremely long waiting time, 15-20mins for 4 cars... I requested a call back from customer support twice, agent said I would get a call back, and I still haven't heard back. Last night I picked up Swiss chalet, instead of fountain drinks, we got bottles and they stated there was no charge. We were charged 1.50 per bottle... We ordered 2 de-boned qrtr chicken combos and 2 kids meals. Instead of a dirt and worms treat for my kids, they got a plant growing kit. Good thing I reviewed before giving it to them. My chicken had a large part of cartilage that I bit into, turning me off. Went for a sip of mtn dew, and tasted funny. Expired Dec. 30 2019. Went to store to complain, spoke to manager, got proper treats and new mtn dew... went to drink it today and noticed it expired Apr.20 2020... no words. Just appalling to be honest... We will not be going back to this location unless we can be assured the experience will change. The staff are very nice, nothing against them. However, it highly lacks quality control.
