Harvey's

Told multiple times to put mayo. They put air on my burger as there is no mayo in it. Why even ask if you are not going to put the sauce on it. It wasn't even crowded. There was only 1 car behind us. Id rather check my burgers in drive thru because it seems it's difficult for the staff to comprehend what a sauce is. Harveys needs to teach better to staff. Highly disappointed. Id rather eat a loaf of bread than this dry burger they sell.

My favorite fast food place, burgers are so good and the onion rings extra crispy is a win! Best Poutine and gravy as well.. customizable ingredients at no extra charge.. amazing!

So today date is October 2nd and time is 9pm. I have a request for the manager please have a talk with the team members who was at the shift. Today i called the restaurant literally 5 times to ask something but no answer seriously!!!. And when I ordered online whole order was hilarious. I spent 40 dollars If you are getting pay so please work properly or you should be left this job. To the Owner please take care of your restaurant and don’t you think this is a false review if you think you can contact me then i will tell. Please notice the time and date and talk with your employees

I’m reviewing for the hiring aspect. I applied to this establishment and got a miss call. I called back and told the employee that their number called me. He said he’ll get the manager and hung up. I never heard back nor did I get an email regarding the job. What happened? This is the current job market. Unprofessional, lazy and not how you should respect candidates you're hiring. If that was you recruiting people, do your job.

July 3,2024 4:18pm me and my twin sis was assisted with love and care these two individuals I give a big shout out is Eunice and Saniya very friendly and 5star service me and my twin ordered the frozen redbull blue raspberry flavour omg made with love and my sis ordered take out not sure what meal she ordered but when I got to work she told me she finished it and it was amazing outstanding thank you so much for you’re service ladies you deserve a promotion I’m definitely gonna dine here when I’m free with frriends and family it’s kept clean spic and span🎯‼️thanks a million for this service I highly appreciate it alot don’t hesitate who ever is resting this review ignore all the bad customers that doesn’t respect the employees the environment in there is peaceful and respectful everyone that ordered after was assisted the same so I don’t get why I see unprofessional reviews ignore that and read this one there always a hater that has a bad day so they wanna put it out on the workers show respect and peace be still thanks for reading my review hopefully this helps you not to hesitate on visiting Yours Sincerely Jesse Mitchell🙌🏽‼️

UPDATE: I came back this afternoon (the next day) to speak to the management and bring up the issue that was mentioned below and they were quick to resolve it and credit me back so I did appreciate that. ORIGINAL POST: I don’t understand why during lunch hour I’m being served an old hotdog that was probably sitting in the warmer longer than it should have been. I took one bite into it & it was lukewarm, rubbery & hard. I’ve worked for Cara & Harvey’s for over 10 years. I know what a fresh hotdog looks like when it comes off the grill & what it looks like when it’s been sitting in a warmer. DISGUSTING!

Good franchise store as expected. Food cooked fresh and topped right. Drive through is open till midnight which is a bonus. Came to try the newly upgraded Big Harv and it didn’t disappoint 👌🏼

I'm changing my 4 star review to 1 however what they deserve is 0 terrible location they NEVER listen to the customer's requests act as if though they are paying for our food. I tried to call in to make a complain and nobody bothers to pick up the phone either they probably know they are bad and will be getting complaints so avoid it. The food is hardly fresh or made to order. The management needs to close down since it is an extremely cheap owner and managers and horrible employees.
