Harvey's

Very disappointed that I was refused when I asked for coffee with my meal. Was told they do not serve coffee in the evening it was only 6pm, I cannot believe this is an actual policy. I'm sure I am not the only person who likes to have a coffee with my burger. All other chain burger restaurants I have been to have no issue serving coffee at 6pm. This really had a negative impact on the enjoyment of my meal. I guess no more Harvey's for me.

Went there to have burger at around 4. 3 Punjabi lady were there. Absolutely rude behaviour, not a good service at all. The toilet was also smelling too bad, it was way worst than Indian public toilet. Who ever the manager is please try to teach some manners to your staff.

This locations is absolutely disgusting. We are at this plaza every Sunday for the bowling league and since April the men’s washroom has been “broken” and both men and women use the same. It is never cleaned, it smells like a urinal. Garages bins full and tables never cleaned. When I ask the staff member he told me if I don’t like it, I can eat elsewhere. This is very disappointing and someone needs to get a hand on the staff

Just look at the window beside the table! The environment is so unhygienic. You can say it’s been years since they clean their interior by looking at the photo. Every corner in here is disgusting.

Server Name: Manpreet Owner really needs to teach staff some etiquette, and politeness with customers coming in. Ordered buffalo chicken poutine online, paid in app $9 and went to pickup. Asked to give ONE honey mustard as the app was not letting me add it and she argued that she will charge for sauce. Cmon really for one sauce when you have made a $9 purchase. I asked where it says you have to charge for sauce, she said check on GOOGLE. Seriously, I’ve been to numerous Harveys locations not one has ever charged me if I need only ONE sauce, its not like I asked for multiple. Bad location bad service. I would have actually maybe even paid if she didnt start off with that attitude. Some exceptions can always be made! You just have to be mindful

Went here for the 3 for $5 deal! The service was great, the food was coming out fresh and overall it was very quick! You get to put your own toppings. The donuts were warm, crispy on the inside, tender and juicy on the inside. They're really worth a try and are a pretty good dense/sweet snack. The hotdog was really good, probably my favourite out of the jr chicken or jr burger. The onion rings are fresh and taste good. I enjoy to put them inside the burgers for that extra crunch. Overall great fast food joint! This place was also very clean. Highly recommend!
