I had an amazing experience at Harvey! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Moderately busy around the holidays but the service was still very accommodating and decent. The time that they took to do the order was short and there were no errors with the order, would recommend this restaurant to anyone passing by.

This might be the worst Harvey's I've used in a long time asked for it. Well done. It's almost barely cooked, not even sure it was cooked. They also seem to be very confused on what's going on

Very slow service. My wife and I ordered the same burger, through two app orders, WITH THE SAME NAME, yet... Only one gets made at a time? At a record slow pace? I've never, in my life, seen someone make the same burger, separately.. so now I have to wait for you to take out the same toppings again, when both should be made at the same time. Then employees just standing around having a laughing hahahaha, good time? While the restaurant has garbage everywhere? This is no longer the country it once was, where people had some actual pride in their work, the customers and the customer's service. Disgusting.

Update on 19th December 2024:- Still this is not resolved, they offered me a sweet dessert. No I don’t need that. Ironically, my complaint was forwarded to the same person to deal with, for whom I complaint about. Wow !! This was hilarious and concerning at the same time. And now with No tax policy, the quantity of the stuff is reduced by this restaurant, I bought the Large poutine and opened it at home and saw the poutine is way less than what it usually is. I have added second photo for reference. Thanks. I recently visited Harveys and ordered their classic poutine with extra gravy which I normally take from here, expecting the usual deliciousness. However, I was sorely disappointed this time. It seems the manager decided to try his hand in the kitchen, but it was a disaster. The poutine tasted like it was soaked in oil, a far cry from the usual quality. He wears a formal attire and roam around in the kitchen and It's evident that the manager's formal attire didn't translate to culinary skills. Stick to your managerial duties, and leave the cooking to the professionals. The poutine tastes far better when the employees make it. Look at the picture, it doesn’t even look like it has extra gravy. It looks more like just fries. Hey manager, I urge you to stick to supervision only, leave the kitchen in employee’s hands.

It’s Harvey’s, you can’t go wrong ordering from here. The Big Harv Burger is AMAZING! NO DRIVE THRU ** Staff is nice enough. Always busy but consistent. Shared with Swiss Chalet.

Spacious enough for a dine-in. The building is attached with swiss-chalet. Freindly service from the staff. You can purchase online as well as through the counter. Please make sure the dish is available before online purchase, some won't be available.
