Harvey's is great in general. (Best fast food burger in Toronto BY FAR.) But this location on Dufferin just south of Yorkdale is a cut above. Staff treats you like an old friend even if you haven't been there for a while. Highly recommended.

There is an incentive to leave a 5-Star review for 2 free donuts. But I do not want the donuts, I'm writing this review because I genuinely enjoyed the customer service that I received. I have only been to this location twice, and both times, I've been greeted and helped by the Caribbean female worker. She has such a radiant and positive, warm energy. I hope she reads this review and has the best day!

I choose to come here over the other restaurants in the area because of how phenomenal the customer service is!! I feel at home here because of how very warm, polite and friendly Yvonne always is. Even at 11pm, she'll still have a smile on her face and ask me how I'm doing. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met and I think she should be running the store because she makes it the place to be.

My family and I love this location! I have personally been coming here since I was a kid in the 90’s and now I bring my children! The pickles are always worth the trip! This location aren’t the pickle police and will gladly fill your request for unreasonable amounts of pickles, which always make the best burger! Food is always hot and fresh and the toppings table is always freshly stocked and clean! When given the option to go to another location I still go out of my way to come here! There is one employee who stands out especially here. Her name is Jennifer and she is just a ray of sunshine. She always makes you feel so welcome and genuinely seems happy to see you. She not only takes her time to take your order or dress your burger but also makes conversation that has never failed to make me smile. I will definitely be coming back here again and again! (Also, give Jennifer a raise! She more than deserves it!! ❤️)

Yvonne is the sole reason I keep coming back here! She’s efficient, fun and has the most bright personality! I will drive to this location (even though there is a closer Harvey’s to my place) just because of her! Thanks for always making our experience so nice! You truly are a gem Yvonne!

The food? Always fresh and hot! Don’t forget to get a gravy to dip your burger or onion rings. Even better, take one of these to pour extra on top of your bacon double cheese poutine, absolutely gorgeous! The milk shake isn’t bad, it’s really good to be honest, you can’t go wrong when you pick anything make with Oreo. All kudos to the guys in the kitchen, thank You! Also, kudos for the hard working nice lady, Yvonne, that is always polite and knows how to truly treat well her costumers. She is All Star!
