Harvey's

I came to the drive through without a car and lady refused to serve me. She said it is not safe. But I was after surgery and have run to pick up my car on the parking spot. I was so hungry. For last 10 years living in this neighborhood, I've never had service like this. I understand that people are working so hard but it is impotent to respective your clients especially if they are living in your neighborhood.

Decided to treat myself to Harvey's today as it's been a while. After seeing that 7 onion rings are 4 dollars, I won't be back, there is no value at that price. For 1.50 more I can get twice as many far better onion rings at A & W.

The food is about as good as any Harvey's location but I don't know what it is but the washroom smells worse than any other public washroom on a regular basis every time I've visited. There's no fan and I can barely stand being in it long enough to wash my hands. PLEASE do something about this. As a courier I've used many public washrooms and this one was the worst by far.

Monday, April 29, 2024. Visited this location for two complimentary meals promised by the Owner due to a previous unsatisfactory visit. The employee at the register processed the order. Another employee then took my order, cancelled it, removed the grilled chicken from the bun and placed it back in the warmer tray. The angus burger was removed from the bun and placed back in the warmer tray. Four employees were involved in this issue. TOTALLY FELT EMBARRASSED, MISTREATED AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! I even showed the email message from the owner which was sent me to the employees and still was not given my two combos! Recipe Unlimited has been notified about this location! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO ATTEND ADDITIONAL TRAINING!

Cozy, American style and long time friend of neighborhood located at a good spot. Menu is made of simple choices and you can choose the toppings for your burger, and watch its preparation. I wish they made the gravy for their poutines more healthy: it’s way too salty! It’s a mixture of salt, salt, salt and gravy :) Please consider making it with less salt. Let the customer decide if they want it more salty, add salt themselves.

Friendly service. Fresh ingredients. What you expect from Harvey’s. You can collect Scene movie points with your purchase. We ordered: Double original burger combo with onion rings and ice tea. The burger was good but the onion rings are not as light and crispy compared to other locations. Chicken bacon ranch poutine did not disappoint. Overall a good Harvey’s location of the craving hits.

Definitely the worst service ever, order this around 11:40PM Last night, and suggest never to go there. As the order taker was so rude initially but we weren’t really bothered much bout it as it wasn’t welcoming but it was the end of the shift even though that’s not the excuse. These are the pictures of food we ordered last night, everything was over cooked and by the taste of it it felt like it was already made like a while ago and they cooked again or heated up. If the owner or the manager would like i can bring all the food back and show it to them. This is definitely the worst experience at any Harveys ever.

There is plenty of parking around this branch. The place has a large seating area and the staff could have kept the area a bit cleaner when we visited on Saturday, but i will attribute some of the messiness to the evening visit we paid after kids and large number of people came. We ordered 2 junior burgers with onions, lettuce, tomato, Harvey's sauce and olives. They were excellent. The poutine ordered was ok but the veggie burger we ordered was a bean patty that was tasteless, as such is not my pick. Overall, it was a decent experience.
