Met a cousin for lunch and catch-up, food and service was great, friendly staff. Got there at 11:30, after we got our food, found a seat, 40+ people filed in for the workers / student lunch hour, it was crazy busy. Props to the staff who kept their cool, I would have been going nuts. It's all about location, location, location.

I have a love/hate thing with this place. I both love and hate that I enjoy the food there as much as I do. If I liked it less, I'd eat less of it. That said, the food is always great, the staff there are always super friendly and quick. I highly recommend Harvey's.

“They don’t keep up practice of wearing gloves while preparing your food” These were the words of the manager after complaining. Then said I’ll just give you a refund, not the way you’d expect a manger to handle sick situations. Thank god I got my food and prepared in a respectable manner

"On Saturday, I went to this place with a friend, and they gave us our order packed and ready to go. I questioned this because we wanted to eat there, and their official hours say they close at 12 a.m., and it was only 11:15 p.m. They said we couldn't dine in because before closing, they only serve food delivery drivers picking up orders. I don't believe this was true; it seemed like a racist act because we are Hispanic. If they were correct, please modify your closing hours for the general public or make it clear from the start before charging for the order."

I drive for Uber eats. I came in to pick up my order and was told to wait while they prepare it. They kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. When I finally went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long. It turned out that the order was ready, and nobody bothered to tell me about it. I feel quite disrespected by their unprofessionalism. We all work in the service industry, and we need to be helping each other.

I live in the neighbourhood and only noticed Harveys today, and thought I would go in using a discount voucher we got in the mailbox. It was my FIRST TIME at Harvey's ever! (I usually eat McD's) but I have to say, the ONION rings were great and the chicken burger was great. The 3 servers (guy with glasses, young lady, and Nelly) were wonderful. Nelly actually came up to me and asked me how the food and coffee was, as she saw me inspecting my food. I said GREAT and was impressed she actually came out from the back/counter and came to me. THANK YOU. Williemena the place is also very clean and inviting.

Server Malefia was friendly and communicated well. Had to wait but the Food was good and good value given how much eating out costs. Food is made to order your way. Restaurant was clean and it’s a good fit for the area since McDonalds closed down. Not a lot of sitting space if you want to dine in.
