The crew members were not friendly at all. I ordered a veg burger because I am a vegetarian and wanted to know if the mayonnaise was eggless. When I asked, the girl shouted back, "What do you mean?" It was very rude. I also asked if they had any combos with a burger and fries, and she said no. However, when they handed me a paper with discounts and offers, I saw that they had an option for a burger and fries combo. Please ensure your staff are knowledgeable about the menu and what they are serving. The girl had no idea whether the mayonnaise was eggless or even about any other sauces, so I ended up having my burger without any sauce. Additionally, while I was eating, they were sweeping the floor, which I found very unprofessional. Please make sure your workers are polite, attentive to customers, and maintain a clean and respectful environment. I will not be coming back.

ZERO STARS. I was severely in pain and had to use a bathroom urgently. The staff working on the night of November 23, 2024 would not let me in, not even 5 minutes after close (10:00 p.m.). I asked in a kind and respectful manner TWICE, explaining that I was in pain. The woman (I believe was the shift manager) who did not let me in claimed her name is Sveta, but I find that hard to believe. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, goes against Canadian values. It would not hurt people to be KIND. Do yourselves a favour and go to Swiss Chalet next door instead.

Both times I been there waiting over 10 mins for my frozen drink and both times after 10 mins the employee came out to offer other drinks. Owners fix and maintenance your equipment.

I ordered a combo that included onion rings, an angus beef burger and a blueberry slushie. I made the mistake of asking for all of their toppings on my burger, which made it taste really sour because the flavour of the pickles and pickled peppers overpowered everything. The meat was well cooked though. I would come back to try the burger again but with only lettuce and onions as toppings. The onion rings tasted good but the slushie was way too sweet for me and I couldn't finish it. The customer service was really friendly.

There is a nice 2 bench patio. Usually sunny. The vegetarian burger is quite good. I really enjoy it. The fries are good as well. Management is nice and always try their best to accommodate you. CAA membership discount offered here. You may choose a 2nd veggie pattie option on your veggie burger. You may even ask for Jalapeño peppers on the side. Their drinks are good and refillable. Lots of space inside to sit. A bit cold thought, normally. I definitely recommend this Harvey's and will be coming back throughout the Summer. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Love the concept of the toppings bar, because come on, who hasn’t left a fast food burger joint and realized they messed up the toppings ? Not happening here ! Beef was good and fries were tasty. Just a little greasier than average.

Got delivery from this place earlier today from Uber eats, first time having a Harvey’s poutine. Wanted to give it a try. I got the meat feast one which was burger meat and bacon, was good and enjoyable! I like the additional toppings you can chose from for free because it makes it so much more customizable. Also got the classic Harvey’s chocolate shake along with apple pie for dessert. Everything was excellent!
