The food is fine, it’s fast food. The restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting, dirty everywhere. Attempted to use the women’s washroom and thank god I do t have a sensitive stomach. There is mould growing in the bottom of the hand dryer, the accessibility stall was a right off and the regular stall wasn’t much better. Told staff and they argued saying it was cleaned an hour ago and shrugged it off. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Stopped in for lunch Saturday afternoon. I think I beat the lunch rush. The cashier was friendly and my food was made in a timely matter. The food was pretty good. The establishment was clean from I saw when I walked to my table to dine in. Overall it was nice experience I would return for another meal.

Love the food and the staff is great. I took two stars off for outdated info as it's 8:05 PM and the restaurant is closed while the sign posted says open til 12:00. Much like googling this location finds that it "closes at 12:00"....

The staff clearly hadn't trained the new employees properly or they hire incompetent people. I asked for a little mayo on my burger and the worker put way to much on it. When I asked for them to remove some mayo I was told they weren't allowed to do that, I then asked for a refund and the manager was very rude and snippy even though it's the employees fault for the mistake. I will not be coming back to this Harvey's ever

Writing this to thank Jessica E. for her kindness and professionalism. My takeout order was missing an item and I didn't realize until I had gotten home. I was not leaving my home again that night, so I left a message noting the mistake and the manager, Jessica, promptly called me back and mailed me a voucher in lieu of the missing item. Very happy with how this was handled.

I am not a regular customer, but I needed to bring home a quick meal for two. I was especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff - they were amazing. I had a 10 min drive home with 1 hamburger, onion ring and grilled chicken wrap, ALL of which was entirely cold. SO disappointed! I guess I should have paid more attention that the hamburger was ready immediately, as well the chicken - as if it hadn't been cooked or heated at all. Sorry, I WON'T see you later.

Just had 2 combos, and wow food was great, the staff amazing , helpful, accommodating, cheerful. Cashier a young man Alex good respectful very cool , also summer the young lady that dressed the burgers, very nice and made the burgers incredible all and all very happy.

Went back again , for veggie combo plus salad , friend bought single hamburger combo with milkshake . Hamburgers were great love the toppings can choose from .two people 31.38 .
