The amount of times I've come here and have had my order put together incorrectly is just shocking. I've finally reached out to management recently as well and the amount of questions and information they expect you to have available is comical, just for them to look in to the problem.. I don't have my receipt number from a week ago, who served me, nor do I know the exact cost of my order (apparently a rough range wasn't sufficient)..but telling you the day and rough hour should be enough to know exactly who was working that day so that they can get the training they clearly need. My order is simple..ketchup, mayonnaise and lettuce..seriously nothing complicated..and yet I always seem to get a burger with one out of the three ingredients, two ingredients if I'm lucky..not to mention the fries and onion rings are constantly half full...love getting 4 onion rings, 1 usually a burnt little piece, in my box of Frings. I'm personally done coming here, not that it makes any difference to them but I don't care to waste my time there anymore. Would rather drive 15 min north and go to A&W.

Had an amazing experience in Harvey’s. Staff is really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Their classic poutine is really good. Overall a very good go-to place to grab food.

Oak ridges Harvey's was so kind to us today. A day program group with disabilities needed extra help with an order this morning asking for a bit of accommodations, and they were ready to help us. We felt extremely included, and really appreciate the help. We have monthly lunch outs, and will be coming back for sure. Sunny (worker) was very friendly, and we recommend coming here! Thanks again so much for making our experience positive and helpful! 10/10!

I picked up my lunch today, got home and this is what I got!!! Hungry and disappointed. What is it? I was supposed to be an angus burger! Nothing in it, cold and the only thing in it was raw inside.

I went to this location to have my lunch and ordered a “Regular Classic Poutine” it was amazing and the staff were really friendly & best food, I asked for some garnishing on my poutine and they were happy to do that. Now i am a regular customer. Definitely recommend!!! Great work👍

I recently ordered food from here for my family. The burgers and sides came without the main toppings and sauces, which were ordered specifically. Educated cashier, but they say that they have many orders, so sometimes times it happens. They never tried to fix the issue and walked away. Good luck: you need to treat your customer good.
