I needed help with the app. I could download it and add my gift card (after realizing the card number is under the sticker), then browsing the menu I was searching for coupons but couldn’t find the $3 burger . A Harvey’s crew member was in the dining room and helped me navigate the app which I appreciated . I don’t remember now how it happened but she helped me access the burger although she said she didn’t know anyone else who had done it before. and also let me know I could get the apple pie for leaving a review which I also didn’t know . Thank you ! I love Harvey’s food and since I am new to Orangeville I had better get to know this location . However I hadn’t used the app before . The app is ok I guess but I prefer to order in person and eat in while I’m out shopping . Everything was clean and bright and delicious . Thanks

I recently visited Harways , and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. I ordered their signature burger with a side of fries, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of flavors was spot on. The bun was soft yet held everything together without getting soggy. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly – easily some of the best I've had. The service was quick, and the staff were attentive, making sure everything was to my liking. The portion sizes were generous, and for the quality of food, the prices were very reasonable. Overall, it is a place I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious burger and a great dining experience. I’m definitely coming back to try more from their menu!

Some of the staff here are quite rude. I used to eat here regularly, but recently, a few employees have been extremely rude in their behavior. I’m sure regular customers will know exactly which staff members I’m referring to. It’s a very uncomfortable situation. To be fair, the burgers are delicious, but because of their attitude, I haven’t ordered anything from here in the past 2–3 months.

Today for dinner, Maddie and Rebecca took our order and did a wonderful job of keeping us know there specials that were available for the festive season. Great service with a smile, we will surely return!

This is one of the nicest Harvey’s I’ve been to. It’s been recently renovated and it’s clean. Rebecca was our host and was very friendly and helpful. She is lovely. The food is flavourful and fresh and the staff was helpful when more ketchup was required at the self serve station. I will be back to this location. GO HERE!

My burger was made with absolute perfection, my frings were made perfectly fresh, nice and hot. The toppings were refreshingly fresh and crisp. The drink machine had perfect levels of syrup to carbonated water ratio, and I was absolutely blown away. The workers were very friendly and they provided me great service. They were efficient when I placedmy order and they displayed impressive levels of efficiency when they assembled my burger. Overall, this establishment is a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend it to friends and family.

The customer service here is amazing! Even the new girl is so kind and friendly. Made my burger exactly how I like it - even though most people look at me funny lol. The manager on duty is so accommodating, she is training the new girl and is really patient. Thank you Harvey’s!
