I had a great experience at Harvey’s, thanks to Rahul’s excellent service. He was welcoming, attentive, and made sure my meal was cooked exactly how I wanted. Despite the busy crowd, Rahul took the time to get everything just right.

Employee's do not wash there hands properly, witnessed the guy on the grill wash his hands in 3 seconds. Girl serving me did a fake wash grabbed my burger then put gloves on! Wouldn't recommend never coming back to this location for swiss chalet or Harveys. Too add to everything the gravy tastes like water worst location I've ever been to

We came in 20 minutes to close which I understand can be frustrating but the staff inside were unprofessional. The lady took our order and after touching the computer screen and handing money went over and touched the buns for the burgers. She then walked over with both of the burgers in her hand to start with the toppings. She had not worn any gloves or washed her hands from the time between handling the computer and touching our food. This is very gross and against food handling rules. Very sad to see this at a restaurant my family and I go to often, hope to never see this problem again.

We were treated quite disrespectfully by the Swiss Chalet Staff while eating at the Harvey’s/Swiss chalet combo. Staff asked us to move while we were eating because we were sitting in the completely empty Swiss chalet section ( we had no idea it was two different sections). No other guests were in site while the Harvey’s section had other families in it and only 4 tables and yet they made us move. Very poor layout, policy and service.

Me and my partner got some burgers from here tonight. Everything was fresh well cooked the lady who took her order, Arya was polite and kept refills coming on my 7-Up ☺️. Harvey is definitely stands out amongst others. The eating area was very clean. I definitely recommend this Harvey’s versus others as they aren’t up to par in the things I mentioned in this review. Great job!

One of the best experience visiting Harvey’s so far. This location is combined with Swiss chalet, two separate dining areas for Swiss chalet guests and another one is for Harvey’s guests. Friendly, attentive staff on site, our order was carefully prepared and we had a chance to sit in the dining area. Not too crowded even though we came on Sunday at around lunch time. Highly recommend!
