I had the crispy chicken burger. It’s my favourite. It was perfect. The issue was that the restaurant doesn’t seem to be heated. It was cold in the table area but in the woman’s washroom you might as well have been outside in -10 and the water to wash your hands was the same frigid temperature. Not pleasant.

I loved the shake I had here. I wasn't sure which flavor I wanted, so they let me sample the flavor so I can pick and they welcomed me and my friends with a smile and pretty much made my day.

The guest service was amazing. My burger was made so quick and fast. The employees were very friendly as well they helped me out with my selection as well. My favourite is their poutine ( they are vegetarian ) and love their grill chicken burger. I was in and out in drive thru within 4 min. Cheers to everyone in the store. ✨✨

This is the only location in Mississauga that knows how to do the perfect delicious Veggie Burger. Grilled just right, nice and crispy edges and perfectly toasted wholewheat bun. They listen to you when adding the right amount of condiments. Service is on point and I had the sweetest most pleasant girl serve me. Overall a great experience. My go to Harvey's location now. Thanks guys! You do Harvey's right👍

Today I came in and ordered an Angus burger with bacon. At first when the burger came out it had no bacon on it. That one I can forgive since they added bacon and made it right. The main issue however is with the bacon they put on. It was raw. Almost entirely uncooked. Gross. If I had come through the drive-thru I would've needed to throw it out. When I mentioned it the lady gave me the excuse that they received the bacon prepackaged like that. Well, I've ordered this same burger from other locations and it's been properly cooked, so the issue is clearly with your location. After I complained, they fixed it, but still.. Here's something for management to consider. Look at your advertising. In fact, have a look at any advertisement for any restaurant that sells a bacon burger. Have you even seen a picture of raw bacon on the burger? No, you haven't. That's because it's disgusting and nobody will come to a restaurant that advertises that. So, the point is, don't advertise nice crispy bacon and then sell bacon that looks like it was recently carved off a pig's arse and not cooked.

Ordered food from here thru delivery called them to make sure they get my order right…. My order arrived completely wrong my fries and onion rings were all half empty burgers were old and cold…. Called and spoke to Muskan she claimed she was Superviser I reached out in regards my order to her and at first she said come in get your refund then she said she can’t give refund at all and that I would only give a refund for just a fries… paid close to $40 and at the end I’m told I’ll only get $3 back and that’s after the manager speaks to me god knows when…. Very very unprofessional and very rude I’m telling her my concern and she insisted that she cooked garnished and packed my whole order…. Wasn’t aware that a supervisor cooks garnishes and packs customers food… don’t eat here plzzzz service is garbage… 👎👎👎👎

Got an Angus burger. One of my favourite fast food burgers of all time. Never had a bad experience, hand picking the sauces and veggies allows me to get what I like. Always a great burger that never dissapoints.

Horrible. Ordered on Uber asked for 3 onion rings and 1 fry and they send 3 fries and one onion ring. I ask for all my burgers well done they are all pink and under cooked. I call to complain they tell me they put all the right things in the bag and it must be the driver fault ( I got one bag with receipt on it with my order all correct on receipt they made the mistake) and when I tell her about my burger she says “ we followed the order you should contact Uber”. Horrible service, horrible food.
