I went there on Dec 30th at 7pm and the store was closed. I'm confused because it said it was open till 12 am on Google and on the sign it says it's open 24hrs. Which is it? Why was it closed? We sat at the drive thru waiting to be served. Rediculous

It's Christmas Eve and my fiance and I didn't finish work until 6. We decided to grab some take out for the entire family (a 60ish $$ order) as a special holiday treat and found a Harvey's still open about 15 minutes away from our house. We went there and had the WORST experience we've ever had at Harvey's and being that it's our favourite take out spot we have it a lot. We left trying to find another location still open and came across this one that was another 15 minutes away. We got there around 6:40 feeling terrible for coming in near close with a large order but your workers not only made our Christmas Eve but did it with a huge smile on their faces and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience like the other stores' employees did. The customer service at this location is impeccable and we will definitely be back especially because of the young woman you had behind the counter tonight! 10/10!! Happy Holidays!!

The WORST Harvey’s food quality I’ve had in Hamilton. 1. The burgers were WET. How?? This was a new and unique experience outside of having a barbeque party rained on. The bread was soaked and turning to mush. The cheese was melted into a sticky runny goo. Nearly no fresh topping to be found, but what was there… the tomatoes were mushy like they were old and sitting out too long. 2. The fries were old and cold. 3. The salad was half full in the container with five salad leaves was warm, wilted and floppy, like it too had been left out for hours. The tomatoes were the same as on the burger. The cucumber was okay, though. 4. The sodas had almost no ice and no carbonation. It was syrup. 5. The order packing was just ridiculous. The burgers were placed on top the fries smooshing them into a potato clump—a cold dry potato clump. They also over-packed the order. It was a $100 dollar order for five people, and they stuffed the entire order in one bag and squished it closed. I know now to avoid this location. Yowsers. UPDATE: Went to the feedback link as requested and quite literally copied and pasted my review from here and provided a receipt. Two days later I got a call from the manager arguing with me that it must be the delivery service driver and not the fault of the restaurant. This simply isn’t true. The time stamp from pick up at the restaurant to our house was 9 minutes. The stickers on the bag were intact. So, I’m reducing a star for service and will most certainly never be going returnung. I didn’t provide my information on that feedback form to be harassed by a peevish manager about their food quality. It was a bad meal. The bag was over-stuffed, condensation built up quickly in the bag and everything arrived cold and soppy. It’s as simple as that. Do NOT phone my house again.

I often visit this place and always get fresh food. The staff is really friendly. Specially Muhammad, he’s really quick and most friendly of all.

I visited Harvey's today and asked if they had any spicy sauce options. Instead of a helpful response, the employee replied, "This is Tim Hortons, sorry," and laughed. The rude and unprofessional attitude left a really bad impression.

Terrible location. Cheap with ingredients and a complete waste of money going here. Ever have a poutine with almost no gravy? I have, so little that not one cheese curd was even close to melting. See photo attached. Chk 8209
