Great staff! Navpreet and Apan will go above and beyond for you. The burger is grilled and not fried which is a plus for people looking for healthier options than fried patties

After ordering food my husband asked the staff if washroom were locked? We wanted to wash our toddler daughter’s hands before food. But unable to open the door. Staff mentioned someone must be inside. After a while another person came with daughter and requested to use the washroom. Staff went with them and opened the door. It was locked by staff. No one was using it as they mentioned to my husband. BUT WHY????? Not kids or family friendly at all. If kids/families can’t get access to washroom even after ordering food.

I placed an order and wanted to use the washroom to wash my hands so I can feed my toddler. It was only 10pm and they close at midnight. They refused access to the washroom. Also they had soapy water on the floor and the worker was just sitting there.

Ordered but I get 1 free for both “large fries” and regular buger😳😳 didn’t get the 1 frees 🤔 all that for this. Just so disappointed

Would rate at least 4.5 stars due to the hot and fresh food along with the friendly staff, but the dining in experience drops Harvey’s to 4 stars. Not to say that the food isn’t worth returning to Harvey’s, but no functioning restroom to at least wash hands before and/or after eating makes this less inviting to dine-in again.

Update: Worker picked up bucket off the floor before touching my bun. Saw her just wipe hands with paper towel..even if its a wet wipe...how often do they wash hands? Cross contamination can kill. I couldnt eat it.Ugh. Fast enough service..chicken burger was just okay. Protocols were outlines for SD but server did not change gloves that she used to handle several burgers which were throughly touched as she handled toppings. Cross contamination should be a concern. They touch surfaces and bags etc as well. Changes gloves more often.
