Small and cozy place. Ordered Buta Udon and Salmon Torch bowl. Both are delicious, and the portion is not overwhelming.

The food (sukiyaki udon) is delectable and reasonably priced. The ambience is wonderful - very relaxing and comfortable. The service was attentive and friendly. I like it here. Highly recommend.

Came here on a whim one night after work when I just didn't feel like cooking. Didn't realize how nicely decorated and comfortable the restaurant would be! The ladies serving us were also incredibly sweet and kind, leaving a big impression on me. We ordered the sukiyaki udon set and one sukiyaki udon on its own. Really delicious, the flavour of the beef is hard to describe. I thought the takoyaki had the perfect amount of sauce and wasn't too doughy. Was surprised by the house salad as I've never seen anything like it, but it tasted very fresh. Overall I can't praise this place enough. I really want to come back when I'm around the area

Recently discovered this authentic Japanese little spot in North Oakville @ the Fortinos Plaza! Came in for a late lunch and had Takoyaki, Shrimp Poke, Mapo Tofu Rice Bowl and Edamame. The food was absolutely delicious! So fresh and the perfect portions. Everything was just great! The staff was incredible! So attentive and sweet. Our server was Jo and she was fantastic. I can go on and on! Just visit this little gem. you will not regret it!

I recently tried Haru Haru for the first time through Uber, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their dishes. Despite initial uncertainties when trying something new on Uber, I was truly impressed. I ordered the sukiyaki udon, smoked salmon bowl, and enjoyed a BOGO offer on takoyaki. While the takoyaki could have used a bit more sauce, I appreciate the value from the BOGO deal. The sukiyaki don and smoked salmon were outstanding, with flavorful ingredients and perfectly textured noodles. I look forward to ordering again.

Super friendly owner/cook. We felt very welcome. Amazingly delicious food. We highly recommend the curry tonkatsu with udon noodles or rice. The takoyako was equally tasty. I’ve been to Japan and the food was more authentic than anywhere else we have been in the GTA and Halton. You will be surprised and happy if you go.

I was with my boyfriend in the plaze and we stumbled across HaruHaru Noodle Bar. It looked very cute from the outside and we wanted to give them a try. We did not regret finding this hidden gem! A lot of people have mentioned that they found it on the pricier side, however, I found that their prices were really good. Especially for the amount and quality of the food we got. I got the Suikayaki Udon Noodles and they were delicious! Craving them again. My boyfriend got the Mapo Tofu rice which was delicious as well, just on the spicy side for us but very good. Along with that we had a cheese egg roll! Made me dance as I ate. Even though we were the only ones in there, I would still highly want to acknowledge the good service they gave. They checked up on us and refilled our water pint without asking. Very sweet! I loved them. Highly recommend you to come here if you get the chance!

The chilled water at the table was a nice touch. We had the Takoyaki and the Nori fries to start and both were good. The Buto udon was delicious but the pork belly felt a little tough. The Sukiyaki udon was delicious and really very good. Tantanmen soup was good.. The salmon classic shoyu was tasty but was expensive for the size and contents offered. Overall a good experience... The staff were friendly.
