I feel honored to share my experience with Harsha Kitchen. I believe I was among their first five customers when they started, and my journey with them has been wonderful. In short, their customer service is exceptional—they treat their customers like family rather than just clients. The food is equally impressive; I’ve tried every dish they offer, and there’s never been a moment where I wasn’t satisfied. From curries to biryanis, the taste is consistently outstanding. I called Harsha's Kitchen little late (around 11 am this morning) and requested if they could possibly deliver a lunch meal. They said they will check and deliver if it is available (as orders for meals typically need to be placed at least a day in advance). Promptly, within 5 minutes, I got the confirmation that they could accommodate my request. And they did deliver in time. Quality of food was very good and the portion size was also generous. Typical taste of home cooked food and value for money. I am quite impressed by the quality of the food (at a reasonable price) and an exceptional attitude for good service to customers. Would definitely order again in the near future. I think HK has raised the bar for cloud kitchens / catering service within GTA. Way to go, HK and best wishes.

Recently we ordered large trays of chicken biryani for event. HK reached our expectation in terms of masala, rice and pieces as we described them to do so. Everyone loved the biryani at the event. Prices are reasonable and quality is outstanding. Looking forward to order again and definitely recommended for people looking for authentic hyderabadi biryani

Ordered the chicken biryami and it was delicious! The portion was a lot more than I expected, so I split it into two meals. The price was so reasonable. I will definitely order again! 5 star and I highly recommend them!
