Service was very nice! But the stir fries (or more precisely bowls) are abysmal. Some fast casual imitation that could never match something made in a wok. Everything pre done and assembled but it just does not come together well at all. Got the beef black bean and it was like...pre deep fried? With steamed vegetables and sauce added? Terrible texture, no char nothing you would expect from this kind of meal. And certainly priced well enough. Avoid at all costs.

Cramped around a garbage can. Staff are slow and uninterested. Food isn't any better. Flavorless and boring. One dish was overcooked while the other was undercooked. Whoever wrote the menu deserves a raise because it looks good on paper. Ended up seasoning my own good at home. Definitely won't return.

This location is in the Eaton Center. I got the pork belly bao. The bread was pillowy soft, the pork belly was cooked well, the produce had a good fresh crisp. I think it could use some more seasoning. The service was very friendly but a little disorganized. The food court it's self was aesthetically pleasing but very crowded and warm. Would be very challenging to maneuver a stroller or wheelchair through the area.

Worst General Tso chicken I’ve ever had. Breading had zero texture, the meat was dry, and the sauce for the bowl tasted like basic bbq sauce and ketchup.

I got the glazed eggplant and tofu bowl over rice. They charged me $15 (post tax) for this and only had 4 really tiny pieces of tofu. The veggies were seasoned well I guess. The worst lunch I have ever spent my money on. And they took so long to make my order too.

Woman who served us was very nice! Food was decent (we had noodle bowls with tofu and aubergine) but portions were so massive we couldn’t finish our bao buns, although I thought mine was pretty good. Perhaps a little expensive - I would’ve liked to have eaten less food for a bit less.

This location is in the Queen's Crossing food court in the Eaton's Center (concourse level). I ordered the five spice pork belly bao for $7 +tax. This price is comparable to other Bao places in the area. The staff was kind and I was served my food quickly. The Bao itself was actually really good. Meat was cooked perfectly and the veg was fresh. I added hot sauce to add a bit of spice. Overall I would go here again for the Bao. 4 stars.

Bao’s were good but small and saucy. Cucumber salad literally just plain large chunks of cucumber, fried onion and sesame seeds - no dressing at all
