Tried this for the first time last week, and for anyone else wondering, the reviews are legit. I tried the steak sandwiches, poutine and burgers, and everything was top notch. The steak sandwiches and burgers did not fall apart like most other places, even though they were pretty big. In my opinion, the food was better than Burger Factory and most other burger places. Service was fantastic, owner was very kind. Love to see a good family owned business thriving, will be coming back for sure!!

Went here with a group of 8, and we were the only ones dining for dinner in the restaurant. We had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers, and when it was brought out, at least 6 of our burgers were cold. When we told the server our food was cold, he didn’t see it as an issue to be rectified. The burger was flavourful, but was overshadowed by the tardiness of the food being ready, and the food not being warm. We ordered wings for appetizers and those were good (lemon pepper, honey garlic, BBQ). Given the poor service, I won’t be returning here again

Went here with friends and we all tried various versions of the chicken burger and were very impressed, the chicken was nice and crunchy and big in size. I got a zinger burger and it was very satisfying. My friends were all very happy with their food as well, they had a lot of different options to choose from with reasonable prices. The interior is quite nice with a theme, there are many seats available. The customer service was also amazing, it is a family run halal business and the son was working the counter while the mom was cooking, they were very kind and even gave my friend extra fries because she didn’t get a drink and the rest of us did. Will be coming here again!.

The overall experience was good. We tried chicken burger, chicken wrap, and the Dynamite. The chicken is really crispy and fresh. The fries are fresh and well cooked. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly. Price is reasonable, too. I would recommend this location.

Tried the food here for the first time yesterday. The food was outstanding. I had the phantom burger and my wife ordered the dynamite chicken sandwich. Both were very freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The thin, light and crispy coating on the chicken was was unbelievably tasty. THE poutine was super hot and tasty. Just the way you want a poutine to be. Tasty gravy, crispy fries and melt cheese. I can't wait to go back and try some more items. The owner Rizwan was there and he took extra good care of us. This is a family business and they're working hard to deliver tasty food and great service to their customers. Rizwan, thank you for the lovely hospitality and delicious food. My Husband and I were searching for a place to eat and came across this restaurant with such high reviews. We had to try and it did not disappoint. The owner and his family were very friendly. I got the super chicken burger and shared the Cajun Chicken poutine with my husband. The chicken was perfectly battered and juicy. I’m also very fond of their gravy. Portions were good and cost effective. I would come back again :)

We went to this place cause they had advertised a discount deal on Groupon, and I am glad we did! We tried four different sandwiches- Phantom Burger, Dynamite Hot Chicken Burger, Volcano Chicken Burger, and Empire Steak Sandwich. All four of them were absolutely delicious, and our favourites were the last two. We will definitely frequent this place more often.
