They are so rude!!! as if they are doing a favour on us by selling food. The price on menu is completely different. I called them to order bombay chicken and rice which is $10 as per there menu, but the lady on the phone said its $16. When i tried to ask her that why the price is different on the menu she replied - “Sir i don't know which menu are you checking, if you want to order this is the price otherwise don't order”. As if I’m homeless and trying to ask for a discount.

As you can see this is “ hakka chicken noodles” few pieces of chicken , 1 piece of carrot , no bell pepper. Here is the recipe,sesame oil,egg noodles,soya sauce,5 pieces of chicken,touch of vegetables and here you go,noodles are ready , better to go somewhere else

Want a place to hang out and eat delicious food? Give Hakka a try. Very clean place, big menu, small bar, affordable and wonderful service. Plates have a very good portion. It's a great place to come and share with family or friends. Definitely coming back ;)

I ordered lemon chicken, they gave me Bombay chicken. I wasnt aware until I took the food home. I called and they said I can drive back to get lemon chicken. Why should I have to drive back to correct their mistake!? Traffic in the area is horrible. They did not offer to deliver the correct food or refund the ~$16. That's bad service, it was THEIR mistake. Unacceptable service. I will never return and will let others know to stop going as well.

Had the most unpleasant experience ordering from this restaurant . Our vegetarian delivery order was replaced by chicken and the lady on the phone had zero sympathy or understanding that we are a vegetarian household and do not consume any meat. Her attitude was yes it was chicken place another order . Never ordering from this place ever again and people should probably check their food before eating to protect religious sentiments.

I ordered first time there and seems like they serve Stale food. The Soup & Chicken pakora I ordered wasn't fresh it was like they made it two days ago. Also, Chicken Chili Gravy had no gravy at all. I wonder that I never ordered dry one. Better try another location to save your money! They would take your phone orders rudely. I didn't like customer service there either. The negative reviews are true about this Location. They won't take your phone number/name for your order, so be prepare to repeat your whole order again when you reach there to pick up! Dear owner, Hire a better staff there or train again for better customer service

Shrimp/chicken Pakora and Special Hakka noodles- are my all time favorite, found no flaw in taste/quality till the date. Food portion compared to price is good. Customer service is good, less wait time for take away and dine in both. Every other Fridays, I hop in to grab something. On a snowy day, I love their soup with appetizer of mixed platter that includes all the fried items. ***Caution: Tangy Mango chicken - menu says Dry, but it comes in gravy and sweet like a dessert! Same for Crispy ginger beef. Zero star for both items, ruined my appetite. Order at your own risk, or tell the server to not pour the sweet sauce at all. Taking off 1 star for that.
