It's a decent Cantonese restaurant. Good tasting food, nice staffs, good value. It's my first time going there, even though I lived nearby. There were a few times I went there, I just gave up due to the long line-up. I will definitely go there again.

We ordered one of the combos. It was very tasty and good value. It was a little heavy handed with the MSG , but will return. Offered free house soup and desert.

A Casual family dinner to reconfirm quality standard and value. Man! One look at our bill and I was totally speechless!! Average cost per person for tonight's 5 course dinner at this Hong Kong stirred fry specialist, which included complimentary soup-of-the day and dessert, cost just $17, inclusive of tax and tips!! That is $3 less than the price I paid for my ho-hum ' Big Arc Combo of Hamburger, fries and a soft drink at McDonalds!! '........and the former was way, way more delicious and enjoyable! Our near flawlessly prepared meal consisted of the following: - Free range chicken with scallion & onion sizzling oil soy sauce - Stirred fried sliced beef with Chinese Kale ( Gai Lan ) - Sweet and Sour Pork - Stirred fry lotus roots, cured salted pork with brown bean curd - Wok Seared tangy & sweet Filet Mignon slices, Chinese style. Great tasting food at such a freakingly cheap price point! Absolutely unbelievable and amazing!!

Great value and decent quality food! Small size but quite busy spot! The service was good just a little bit slow. The daily soup for lunch special was nice and warm! Highly recommended for a quick lunch!

First time to here. Come for breakfast. For $11.59 + tax all day combo with satay beef udon, two eggs and toast and a hot drink. Pretty decent deal. One star deducted for the toast. I don’t think the bread is fresh at all, or the texture taste bad after toast. I arrived around 9:40am and parking is almost full already but restaurant was not packed when I arrived. So during busy hour, I guess it will be a bit tough to find parking. Overall, good breakfast. Will come back again if I am around the area. Updated (Dec 10): Was looking for light and quick breakfast. This has not been disappointed. 7.99 plus tax is definitely a great deal. We ordered beef/egg sandwiches and a pork chop bun. Both are delicious

Hidden gem - IYKYK! Prices = pre-pandemic! Food = flavourful and good portions Service = very fast and efficient The only knock is it’s very small so you will have to wait but that’s what makes this a hidden gem hole-in-the-wall in a strip plaza on a side street bring you back to the old days of Chinese restaurants in Scarborough.

Crowded place. But understand why after getting the bill. This was the second time we went to this restaurant and it was the second time it was busy. The staff is efficient at getting you a seat. But expect to wait for a bit. The food is outstanding. The taste reminds me of the food at the HK cha chaan tengs (tea houses). The flavour seems to be authentic as those restaurants in Hong Kong. I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered three dishes. Bitter Melon and beef with fried noodles, baked seafood on rice with tomato sauce, and satay beef in udon noodle soup. The meal come with a drink each. So we ordered three gong Kong teas. There is no cash discount. But for the price of each dish, you really don’t need the discount. Will definitely come back. The food is a good value for a trip back nostalgic lane.

Our go-to Chinese takeout place that we occasionally dine in. Instant noodle breakfast options are always good. I got the fish and tofu which are large portions. Beef and egg with fried vermicelli is a fan favourite. Baked rice is a standard. Location mostly has small tables and is quite small though turnover is quite quick. Service is pretty standard for an HK cafe.
