The pav bhaji was absolutely fantastic, just the right spice as requested! The dahi puri with ragda was flavorful and well-made. The dosa was a bit salty, and the channa bhature was okay—not bad, but not exceptional. The service was very nice, and the atmosphere was friendly, making it a great spot for family and friends. Overall, a good dining experience with some standout dishes!

We recently hosted a staff party at Gwalia, and it was an incredible experience! The team at Gwalia went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable for our group. They made special arrangements for allergy-friendly dishes and thoughtfully provided a no-onion, no-garlic menu for some of our team members, which was greatly appreciated. The starters were served promptly and were absolutely delicious, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The dinner menu was equally impressive, offering a variety of authentic Indian dishes that catered to all our tastes. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying! What made the evening even more special was the lively and fun atmosphere. We had a blast playing games, laughing, and bonding as a team. The staff at Gwalia was attentive and friendly throughout, making sure we were comfortable and that the evening flowed effortlessly. Gwalia is an excellent choice for hosting a celebration or simply enjoying an authentic Indian meal. Bought besan laddoo. The ones on display and the ones they gave me were completely different. Dry as hell. Seem like they are old and stale. And they dont taste good as well. First time i bought sweets from this place. Never going back ever. Skip this shop if you can.

Place is clean food is decent to taste definitely needs alot of work when it comes to food and how they prep their food and how much they charge . Veg Bombay sandwich had no potatoes no Salt no seasoning absolutely less then mediocre . Chinese bhel was just lame suppose to be spicy tangy crunchy it was none of that . Grill sandwich again was tasteless absolutely won’t be going again mostly coz of lack of knowing what they cooking behind the in the kitchen .when a restaurant can’t make sandwiches properly the green chutney was just terrible to taste definitely not fresh and absolutely no taste again . The only thing that I had and likes was coco .

I visited Gwalia Sweets and Restaurant in Canada and tried the Dahi Puri, Mango Lassi, and Veg Cheese Grill Sandwich. The food really reminded me of Indian street food! The Dahi Puri was crunchy and flavorful, the Mango Lassi was thick and refreshing, and the Veg Cheese Grill Sandwich was perfectly grilled with just the right amount of cheese and spices. It felt like a taste of home, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. The food was tasteless especially the desserts. The server would just cut you off while you're ordering and leave the table. First when we tried ordering Akhrot halwa, we were told that it's not available, after 5 mins she said it can be made until you have dinner and literally 5 mins later we had the halwa in front of us. Which was no less than soup. They tried compensating by offering another dessert, which was gulab jamun and even that tasted worse. Terrible experience and regret suggesting this place!

Absolutely fantastic Indian food. The server was extremely friendly and was able to provide us the best items even though my wife has low spice tolerance. Their Pineapple paradise was not the best. It tasted a bit like cough medicine. When I complained to the server and she took it back. Thank you team Gwalia. Will be back for the unlimited pani puri
