Gusto 54 Restaurant Group is a new restaurant in Toronto opened less than 3 months ago.

In 1954, my father Giacomo Zuccarini opened the Sidewalk Caffè at Yonge and College in Toronto. It featured the city’s first espresso machine, first wood-burning pizza oven, and first heated patio. Gusto 54 is a tribute to family, innovation, food, and design that respects the past while rewriting the rules.
