Grillies (Yonge & Sheppard)

Was greeted warmly by a 10/10 person and great staff, Mrs. Ichika. She was patient, kind and friendly as I saw the menu for first time. After explaining a quick question, she prepared me a wonderful meal! The BBQ chicken burrito is very tasty and well made. I intend on coming back to try other tasty foods! Thanks to the team at Grillies for the great service and foods!

Absolutely outrageous! From oversalted burnt food, to lying to us over the phone, this place was atrocious. My husband ordered pulled pork burritos using Uber Eats and when we called to see why our order was talking so long they said our Uber driver had not arrived when our Uber driver had confirmed he had been waiting for fifteen minutes already. When we finally received our food, the burritos were inedible. The pulled pork was salty as the sea and burnt, to top it off. When we called to address the issue, they told us it was made fresh... When we ordered at 1am... Another lie. When we told them we understood that each burrito was made to order but not the pulled pork, they lied once again and denied it, telling us they made that fresh as well. A fresh batch of pulled pork at 1am... The woman on the phone then clarified it was made fresh each morning after being called out. Additionaly, the saltiness of the pulled pork made my husband's mouth numb and his tongue blister (like when you eat too many salt and vinegar chips) just after having a few bites of the burrito. I understand that the worker's experience may be a result of the way the phone call went, however this was all unacceptable. Overall a terrible experience. I suggest you save yourself the agony of eating here.

Came in at 10pm thinking we can grab a quick bite since the place was empty. Ordered the taco(3 nos), monster burger, bacon cheese. Had to wait more than 25 mins. Other online orders were prioritized over us. Online orders were hand delivered on the table while we had to grab it from the kitchen counter. Below average tasting food. Would definitely not be coming back

Walked by this place during a summer night neighborhood stroll, and the 'open 24 hours' and "Grilliitos' caught my eye. 24 hours because there seems to be less and less 24 hour diner places in the area these days, and nice to know of another 24 hour place around. And this Grillitoes thing Is basically a portable "Nachos salad in a Doritos's bag" . You can pick from a long list of ingredients like shredded lettice, onions and tomatoes and long list of dressing sauce to dress your Doritos Nacho salad, and its a pretty cool late night snack or after drinks snack after visiting one of the bars in the area. The diner also has the typical diner fares such as burgers, burritos, eggs and cheese, veggoe burgers and even paneer burgers, We tried the Paneer Burger and the Grillitos, and a Mango shake, all 3 were tasty ( didn't take pictures as we finished them before thinking of leaving this review. The cashier was named Vaishali was really friendly, and they even hand write nice thank you notes on the take out bag which was a surprising nice touch (see pic) Will definitely come back for those emergency last minute late night Grillitos craving visits!

Cheese fries are a must get. In my opinion, it is very similar to supreme fries but elevated. Hard shell tacos are the way to go. Got mild, but they were not spicy at all. Onion rings are average, although slightly oily. The cheeseburger was good. Watermelon slush paired well with the greasy food. Would come again if I was ever crazy fries.

I’ve visited Grillies multiple times, and this particular location never disappoints. The staff here is outstanding, especially Khush, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Every visit leaves me looking forward to delicious food and exceptional service. This time, I ordered the veggie patty combo with poutine, and the flavors were spot on. The burger had just the right amount of spice, and it tasted fantastic. If you’re looking for a place with great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this Grillies location is the perfect choice.

Ordered $9.99 chicken burrito. It was good and freshly grilled. Why am I giving it 3/5? Make the burrito in front of the customers so I can see what goes into it and how much (they put a bit too much rice in mine, less chicken). Customers should not be just reading from the poster. Display your ingredients in bins. Service was great. 10 min wait for all the grilling. I was the only one in the store.
