Loved the place. Came here for pickup. Abhinand, Nimrat, and Sukh made my visit really amazing. Very friendly service and very yummy food.

Dined in the second time. Was greeted happily by Nimrat and was very welcoming. Later, abhinand and sukh prepared the order. Food is really amazing. I tried allo patty burgers, and it is very authentic. Once again, shoutout to people working here.

Delicious burger, fresh toppings and the bun is soft. The fries are crispy and cooked in clean oil, no old fryer oil fries over here! Also, Darveed is amazing, everytime I decide to come is the one that usually prepares my order.

Honestly the last time eating at this restaurant. Came here after work and ordered the poutine and large onion rings. The onion rings were burnt and tasted like I was eating out of an ashtray. The fries in the poutine were soggy and cheese tasted like rubber. There is one employee working on a Friday night and took almost 20 minutes to fulfill this order. This restaurant used to be good but it’s gone downhill the last few months.

Certainly a tough decision to come to, but a 3 star review is most fitting for the experience I had. A dine-in restaurant has many factors contributing to its value/quality, hence the 3 star despite many positives. The availability of parking spaces provides a high level of convenience. The interior is well-designed with unique counter tiles and wallpapers, adding to the welcoming, vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. Employees are professional, they explained the details of the items and made the food with a high level of speed and efficiency. The burgers we had were exceptional. The food quality and taste were beyond expectations I had since the price is very affordable and much less than similair establishments. Not to mention, the presentation of them were a sight to see. The experience was 5 star worthy so far but the reason for the deduction was the condition of the bathroom. The facility was very poorly maintained. Not very clean, impractical designs, low functionality of the sink and faucet, and there was no air blower or tissues to dry your hands.

Tried the pulled pork burrito special they have on Uber Eats as I used to come to this location when it was Big Boy Burgers. It tasted good and was filled with ingredients, none of that shrinkage you see at some restaurants. Will definitely be back to try the burger and poutine as it's very convenient being a 24 hour restaurant. Tried the cheese burger and poutine today tasted very good good value for the price.

EDIT 10/20 — 5th order and they’ve forgotten my drink AGAIN. 3 out of 5 delivery orders and they’ve forgotten the drink. Even when I picked up yesterday they almost forgot to give me the drink. I won’t be ordering from them again. Service trumps taste for me here. Have ordered delivery via Ubereats and skipthedishes 4 times in total. The burgers are always AMAZING!! No matter what variations I get on the burger, it’s always good, the fries and customer service not so much unfortunately. First time got a small poutine and it was great no complaints. Second time ordered a large poutine since I loved it but the poutine was DRY and I didn’t receive my drink. Third time I put notes in about the food (good and bad) and the missing drink . They sent me a note and added free ground beef on the poutine and gave me an extra drink to make up for the missing one. Poutine was just alright and could do without the ground beef. Much appreciated tho. Then fourth and final order, burgers were great, poutine sucked, my son got fries with his burger and he didn’t really like them and they forgot one of our drinks. Aside from all that, I will still order from them again but only for burgers. Their burgers are to die for!

My husband and I ordered the cheese fries, the burritos and the nacho salad. Out of the three foods, my favourite was the nacho salad with medium spicy taste. I should have added more spicy in it though. I will definitely visit again and wanna try new food. Price is reasonable and staffs are friendly.
