Had seen the place and reviews so always wanted to try it out. Went there with my son and niece and we all loved the food. We ordered a bunch of things and they were all perfect to enjoy. The staff was great and took care of what we needed, while ordering and afterwards too. Will certainly be back.

The food was fantastic! All the flavours were on point and the food was well prepared with a nice presentation. The service was excellent. Ms Kit went above and beyond to serve our family with young kids. She took our order from the table to save us hassle and entertained the kids. The food was prepared quickly and she checked on us frequently. We will definitely be back! The signature platter was perfect.

Please manager/ owner reread my review. This is not a pleasant experience or a positive review in any way. Went to this Grillado, food we ate in the restaurant tasted good, but service was not at all reasonable. We ordered food at 6.25, we had to actually hover over the service counter and finally received our food at 7.20. It was horrible service on a Sunday night. The restaurant was short staffed, they could not handle the orders, tables could not be cleaned, the dirty tables were left in that condition for at least an hour or more. The toilets were really dirty. The employees were overwhelmed confused which table ordered what, brought the wrong food to the wrong tables. All in all they lacked organization. We also got takeout, the take out chicken was burnt and I have attached some pics for it. One piece had to be thrown it was totally charred. Moreover we ordered a whole chicken and we had a drumstick missing in the to go package. This is really alarming especially when you are taking a takeout package for someone. Anyways, something needs to be done to improve the efficiency in the restaurant.

Good food. The chicken was tender and flavourful. The fries and onion rings were crisp and tasty. The ribs were slightly undercooked. They weren't fall off the bone. The sauce on the was good. It's a nice place to enjoy with family. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

I ordered a chicken sandwich at Grillados. While the chicken itself had good flavor, I was disappointed with the sandwich overall. The portions were very small—just two pickles, one piece of chicken, and a single lettuce leaf. Essentially, it felt like I was just eating bread, which didn’t even taste fresh.

I went to Grillados Milton location after reading bunch of good reviews. The good: the chicken is fantastic. The sauces offer the right level of kick. The masala fries were delicious, and so were the other sides like spicy rice, buns and garlic bread. The staff is super friendly. The location has a good vibe but could improve on cleanliness. The not-so-good: the beef ribs are a totally not worth it. As many other reviewers have noted as well, there’s hardly any meet on the bone, the ribs are over cooked and chewy. The price point for ribs is too high for what’s on offer. Other than the ribs, the prices are on the higher end of fast casual / comparable places - $30+ per person for grilled chicken is high. We have the feedback on ribs to the staff, who welcomed it. But they also confirmed that this is how the ribs are - little meat, saucy and overcook.

The food was overall good however I have a few complaints. The ribs contain very little meat and was mostly fat. Also, the garlic bread and the potatoes don’t have much flavour and the peri peri sauce is very acidic. Moreover, the wait time was long and exceeded the amount the worker told us. On a good note, the rice, veggies and chicken are delicious. I only recommend getting chicken if you plan to eat here.
