I visited Grill Gate Richmond Hill with my family over the weekend, and we had an incredible time! The food was top-notch – the pizza was delicious, and the fries were absolutely amazing. The quality of both the food and desserts was perfect, exceeding all our expectations. What made the evening even more special was the live music, which created such a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Grill Gate for anyone looking for great food, excellent desserts, and a lively ambiance. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Grill Cafe is an absolute gem! The coffee here is incredible – truly top quality and unlike anything else I’ve tried. Their burgers are also outstanding, made with the highest quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. What makes this cafe so unique is that they also offer flowers! Their bouquets are beautifully arranged and wrapped in such a special and creative way. It’s such a delightful touch and really sets them apart. The prices for coffee, food, and flowers are all very fair, and the staff are amazing – so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend visiting Grill Cafe; it’s a wonderful experience all around!

I have visited the Grill Gate Richmond Hill branch several times. I’ve had breakfast there, grabbed a protein burger after the gym, and sometimes, while my wife and I were on our way back, we craved pizza and ordered from there! We’ve also enjoyed their filet steak on occasion. I truly love the taste and the overall experience of their food. It stays with me, and throughout the week, I find myself craving a dish from Grill Gate now and then. There have been days when we’ve had breakfast there too. The ambiance is really cozy and warm, and the staff is genuinely friendly, creating a great atmosphere. As for the pricing, I think it’s very reasonable given the portion sizes. The first time I realized how great Grill Gate was, we were at a friend’s house for a party. They ordered burgers from Grill Gate for dinner! From the first bite, I fell in love with the taste of their burger. I just wanted to write this review and share my thoughts about this brand.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at this breakfast spot in Richmondhill ! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a relaxed morning get-together. The highlight of our meal had to be the fresh, oven-baked bread—warm, crusty, and just out of the oven. It paired perfectly with the omelettes, which were cooked to perfection and filled with fresh ingredients. The combination of the fluffy omelettes and that delicious bread really made the meal stand out. The portions were more than generous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service was great as well—our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Whether you're craving classic Persian breakfast dishes or something a bit special, this place is a must-visit in the heart of Richmondhill. We can’t wait to go back!

We ordered burgers and fries with shakes for drinks. The burgers were really good! They had a good amount of cheese and an egg on the top. The fries were also fine. Nothing special, just good and tasty. The shakes were wonderful! The latte-banana was nice and the strawberry one was sweet and sour with a great ratio. If you're in the area and want to treat yourself to a fatty burger, go inside, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the classic gourmet cheeseburger combo, while my boyfriend opted for the double patty mushroom cheeseburger. Both burgers were excessively salty, to the point where we couldn't finish them and we both only ate half of our burgers having to takeout the other. The buns were subpar, far from the quality one would expect. The french fries tasted like reheated McCain frozen fries, lacking any fresh or appeal. The service also left much to be desired. There was a significant communication barrier with the waitresses. We had to repeatedly ask for simple things like ice, which was provided in half-filled cups, and crispy bacon, which was served crumbled. When we requested two boxes for our leftovers, only one was brought out initially, and we had to ask again for a second box and a bag, which was frustrating and should not have been necessary. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the tropical smoothie, which was quite enjoyable. However, considering the overall cost, the experience was not worth it. We noticed that other patrons were also drinking a lot of water and pop, and the table next to us complained about the excessive salt in their food as well. Reflecting on our experience, we regret not opting for a more reliable choice like McDonald's, as their burgers would have been more satisfying. In the past, we ordered takeout from Grill Gate, and I thought perhaps the in-restaurant dining experience would be better. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I will not be returning. Despite the decent smoothie, the overall quality of the food and service was far below our expectations. kellychan360
