Great place for a healthy and delicious meal. I’ve only had the Emily Salmon Bowl but it was amazing. The salmon was perfectly cooked and all the other ingredients made for a well put together dish for a reasonable price. The staff seemed friendly and the ambiance is welcoming - casual but modern. I’ll be back!

This quick eats place is an absolute gem! They offer a fantastic variety of sandwiches, homemade yogurt parfaits, salads, and so much more. Every item I've tried has been fresh and delicious. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The seating options, both inside and outside, provide a comfortable and relaxed dining experience. The only downside is that it's not located in the city I live in—otherwise, I'd be here all the time! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for quick, tasty, and wholesome meals. It's well worth the visit!

UPDATE: Woke up feeling sick. The chicken in the soup looked under cooked! Never again. Nausea all night with stomach pains! ZERO stars if I could! I'm not sure if people lost their taste buds during Covid, but the food here is NOT good! Very overpriced! You can go a few blocks south and get the same soup for $5.

They had prepacked salads for $15 and I didn't need a big salad so I went to the self serve salad bar and this is what I got, which is half the size of this container. With tax, I paid $17.40. Absolutely overpriced. A lot smaller in portion than the prepacked salads. I don't think they deduct the box weight, never coming back.

We go to this restaurant on a normal Saturday. The weather is getting cold, and we found here having latte, sandwiches and bowls with friends. Latte is average, and the food is okay, but we really like atmosphere to get along with friends. By the way, the location is really good

This place has good food and great service with a nice staff. The food was great and fresh, I really enjoyed a coffee and salad bar. The weather was perfect, I sat outside and loved it. The food was amazing with Vegan options, they even have Vegan options for coffee. The prices are reasonable and affordable especially for Toronto. This is my official spot forever. Love it.

Great place to grab something healthier. The food is fresh and there are multiple different selections. I had the poke bowl for $17 before tax. Lots of salmon and other toppings. They have a salad bar where you can build your own salad which is priced by weight. If you’re in a rush, there are also some salads pre-made and on the side for you to grab. They also have a relatively big outdoor seating area, great for those summer days.

What a treat! Loved!! Loved!! Their Grilled Salmon Salad was the bomb! MMM Coconut Ranch dressing and squeezed fresh lemon!!! Their Ferrero Rocher cookie was wonderful as well!! I would definitely return to this place!! My hubby had the Poke bowl (salmon), and liked his choice, but not as much as he loved mine. Service: Fast. It just took about 3-5 minutes for them to make the Poke bowl. My Grilled Salmon Salad came preassembled, so there was no wait. There are a number of premade salads. Dining: Indoor, outdoor, and takeout. No reservation needed. Cost: My Grilled Salmon Salad was $17 + tax. Washrooms: They have washrooms, but they are shared with other businesses in the complex. They have a wheelchair accessible washroom.
