Goodfellas Wood Oven Pizza

I have been to the Streetsville location several times although I has been a few years. So when I saw the oakville place location I obviously was excited to go given the amazing experiences I have had previously. So I brought my 2 daughters (11,13 yo) there when we decided to out for dinner. They both wanted Ila good quality Fettuccine Alfredo, I was undecided on what to order so I went with the prosciutto pizza. We were all disappointed. For me the crust was not that crispy chewy dough that I had remembered. The one that get big air pockets that you love to break open. I was very disappointed. So I tried a bite of pasta when my daughter offered a taste. The cook on the pasta was great but it was very bland and lacked the desire to have have another bite. Both girls agreed and mentioned better options for next time we go out for a good Alfredo. Overall we were very displeased with the food. We expected much more. On the other hand the people and service was great

We enjoyed a night out on Halloween this year. Our sixth visit. Shame on me for not doing a review sooner. Goodfellas in Oakville mall is literally one of my favorites and may actually be my favorite restaurant to go to. The food is out worldly! I recommend the pizza, and my wife would recommend the pasta. I love their beer! The Pilsner is my go to. My wife thinks their house red is excellent. How often can you say that about a house wine. On this evening, given it was Halloween the restaurant was not busy. Part of our reasoning! Are we smart or what. Having said that our experience was amazing! Truthfully every single time we have gone here our experience was amazing! We drive from Burlington for a reason. So for tonight the food was again awesome! However, I need to bring attention to our server Nikola. This young man was attentive, kind, polite, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu! A finer server you will not find, and if you go and are lucky enough to have Nikola as your server, remember who told you how fabulous he is! Overall, please go. You will not be disappointed with the food or the service! This is an amazing establishment and I would almost go so far as to say may have my favourite pizza of anywhere. Add in stellar service... How could you go wrong?

Great pizza, and a smooth beer. Overall experience was amazing. The server had some great recommendations as we described our preferences. The atmosphere was great. We picked a time and day when the mall was not too busy, so that worked in our favor for some private dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place to try.

DISGUSTING. I don’t even know where to start. And I’m beyond confused with the 4.2 rating. There is no way people are enjoying the food here. I kid you not, east side Mario’s has better tasting pasta. The food is so bland. The pizza was unforgettably the worse pizza ever. It was so soggy, oily, bland. I suggest anywhere but here. Stay away. I love Italian food, but this place ranks dead last. It has potential, beautiful atmosphere, intriguing menu. But when the food comes it’s game over. We also got the caprese to start and it was FROZEN. Straight from the super cold fridge to our table. When they brought it to the back, I literally heard the staff talking poorly about me. And to top it off, the waiter “Nikola” makes us wait 15 MINUTES, for our bill and take out container while he stands there answering the phone and taking orders. When I told him we were in a rush. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming here again, I beg everyone reading this stay away. Don’t risk your time or money coming here. Absolutely horrible all around. And for the quality of the food, very expensive saying the least. What a waste of time and money here.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended. The food was great! The Vendure pizza with an amazing gluten free pasta. We loved and will be back again very soon. The service was great and the vibe was bless. Big up the Chef!

First time at GoodFellas in Oakville, for lunch. Many of us ordered the Pizza’s and you can’t go wrong. The Pizza is fantastic here. Love the wood burning ovens for a truly authentic Italian pie! We ordered the Prosciutto & Arugula, Capricciosa and Margherita pizzas … all were delish. One of our party ordered the Veal Stew, although the portion was small, it was delicious. Nice decor as well with an option to host a private function. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza.

Great Italian restaurant at a convenient location. It is spacious indoor and has a large patio. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Presentation was simple yet beautiful. Pizzas are perfect and delicious. Calzone was better than any other I’ve had. Definitely a good place to celebrate a special birthday occasion or for a casual dinner.
