Fantastic place. I really enjoyed my meal. I ordered the brisket melt and it was amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong meal the first time and my potatoes were cold when arriving at the table but the second order they were hot. They just seem a bit off unfortunately, I wish they made them a bit better as the side potatoes are one of my favourite parts of getting breakfast or lunch. The staff were incredibly kind, atmosphere is amazing and the sandwich I got was 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone

We were on our way back from Niagara On The Lake and were struggling to find somewhere that was open the morning December 24th. We decided to stay off the highway to see what we could find, which is when we came about the Good Eats Diner. They were quite busy inside with locals. The folks working that morning were energetic and fast to help! We ordered the Western Sandwich and the Egger Breakfast Sandwich. Both were delicious! The coffee was also very good It was interesting to see the Garden City Skyway Bridge from below. We’ll have to remember this diner when out and about.

Food was amazing and affordable. We usually don't eat all our home fries but plates we're empty. I had the Breakfast Club and it was loaded and filling. She had the Kielbasa and eggs. Kielbasa was great quality. Lots of good coffee. Service was amazing and the atmosphere clean and friendly. Will be back

Great food, great service, very clean establishment, I have been here many times, your never disappointed, good coffee and they give lots of coffee, no chance your cup runs empty. One thing that is highly noticeable here all the staff hustle their butts off and service never lacks, food comes out very fast, it seems they are a very amazing team that works well together. Keep up the great work everyone. Your hustle, hard work and great service is highly noticeable.

Been wanting to come here for a long time. I had taken my mom on Monday for Mother’s Day breakfast , and I had to go again by myself later this week! Food is excellent , staff members are soo friendly. The owner is a really nice guy as well. Bonus too you get a free bottle of water with breakfast and a thermos of coffee all to yourself!

A 4.5 stars and if not.. even a five. Allow me to explain. While the service was excellent and the overall atmosphere was that of a typical well-run diner, the one thing that I did notice is that the portion size (breakfast potatoes) were not consistent. In the images included you could see this (rather on a small size amount given in comparison to the other plate). Every staff member had a smile, was attentive and 'seems' to like/enjoy their job (seems everyone is grumpy these days). Overall money well spent as the food (breakfast) was excellent and it's always a bonus when the price didn't break the budget (very reasonable). * the ham and peameal bacon (slight char) were both superb as well as the breakfast potatoes (hit it with some of the seasoning powder on the table). * the pepper sauce (hot sauce) they had for sale (and you're able to try inhouse) was basic. A raw curry taste overwhelmed it, somewhat on the sweet side (really didn't taste the sweetness nor flavor of the pineapple) and the heat wasn't really there.. well slightly later on you'd faintly get it. Good consistency and texture though. Side note.. the people seated in the booth behind us got what seemed like a sizzling breakfast bowl (brought to out table in error) and not only did it look GOOD, the scent was captivating.
