I dine-in on 26th December night. First of all I've been here couple times before, I really like the chill atmosphere they have and love the short rib my friend ordered for me cause the kitchen already closed. The female server don't even say hi just drop a water class and walked away without any water in the bottle. My friend said they already asked 30 minutes ago. She was the only one who working on the floor that night with only 4-5 tables and they already finished. -As a person who also working in hospitality I surprised how bad she was like she did it on purposed not because she is bad at her job. -No allergies checked as my friend said ( this is serious thing in a restaurant also cost someone life or a job at another establishment but not here I guess) , no quality check , no water check even tho it's not even busy. - At the end she grabbed all the cup away without a word and rolled her eyes lmao. Dip her finger straight into the cup to grab it very unprofessional. Tipped her 18% with that horrible service cause it was right after Christmas but regret later. -At the end 3 tables still there and understandable they need to clean up and closing. Right at the moment I put my jacket on they turned the light very bright ( we always say it ask a joke to chase customers away at our restaurant but unbelievable they actually do it here 🤣 ) Seriously the owner should check on their staff especially the girl who working that night. Peace and never comeback here.

My first time having escargot and it was absolutely delicious! If you’ve never tried it, I would recommend coming here for your first time. The ambiance is wonderful (great for pictures!) and the service is great.

Amazing service, delicious food! Especially the braised short ribs, i will be back for it. The steak tartare and french onion soup were amazing as well. I would skip the pasta dish and get something else though. Very good overall

Beautiful place with incredible food. The steak and eggs benedict were divine. Would recommend making reservations, as it's a small spot and in high demand!

Came here for dinner with my friends and the food was delicious. I ordered the steak frites and the meat was cooked perfectly. For the appetizer, my friends and I shared the escargot and this was very tasty! The portions are a good size and it is filling. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. Lighting was dim but didn't feel too dark. It was accompanied by lit candles or light fixtures that look like candles to give it that moody effect. The service was okay. I feel like it could have been better. I felt that our server could have engaged with us more. Other than that, good place to eat.

Not much of a drinker so can’t speak on the cocktails and wine. But the food was amazing. 6:30pm reso on a Friday, not too busy but good energy and atmosphere. Not too loud

Came here for dinner and had a good time overall, but definitely won't be coming back for food. Cocktails maybe because the one my partner got was wonderful. She got the lavender margherita, which was of a good size, not watered down, and tasted great. Despite what I said above the food here is great, but just not worth the price. $31 for the short rib, $28 for the pasta, $14 for creme brulee. Presentation of the short rib was excellent, and of the two entrees we got it was by far the better dish. The pasta was good. Not bad, not great. Despite its ingredients, it tasted just like a slightly fancier bolognese. Creme brulee was excellent, but still feels really bold to charge $14 for creme brulee that has nothing special about it. We also got onion rings as an appetizer, and they were nothing short of amazing. Best onion rings I've had in my life. But at $12 for 6 rings they'd better be. The venue itself is nothing short of gorgeous, but the vibe within really doesn't match. It's VERY loud, and pretty cramped. The table was uncomfortable and tiny, but it did work for us as a pair. It's meant to seat four though, and seems like you'd be bumping elbows. Even with a reservation made two weeks in advance you'd think we'd at least have gotten a decent seat. Overall it's a great place to try. The food is good, cocktails great, but in my opinion it just isn't worth the price. Service was fast, but apathetic. Also, bread here is not included with dinner. It's $9.50. I don't know whose idea that was, but they should consider a career in Toronto real estate.
