Established in 1995. Ginza has been proudly serving the neighbourhood for over 25 years, where classical Japanese flavours and techniques are combined with modern elements to create a truly unique dining experience enjoyed by the multicultural community with fresh ingredients as a priority and popular Thai dishes added to the menu, our goal is to serve each one of our guests by offering affordable Japanese and Thai cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. Our Menu features the freshest sushi and ingredients available. Featured specialties include teppanyaki, udon/soba/ramen soup noodles, soup, salads, rice dishes, and of course our famous variety of sushi and sashimi including hand rolls, sashimi, maki rolls and our famous signature rolls.

It is really delicious and fresh, we ordered spicy tuna, Filadelfia rolls and Tropicana rolls. Also the staff members were friendly and answered questions about the menu.

My fave go to sushi place for good value, quality fish. I want to gate keep this place but they deserve all the business. The quality of their sushi is really good for the price, and I’m from Vancouver so I’m quite picky about sushi. I’ve tried a lot of sushi spots in toronto from budget to omakase and Ginza never disappoints. I just tried their all you can eat menu and I recommend it. $49.99 for most things on the menu (outside of premium fish). The salmon sushi was delicious and the mackerel sashimi was very fresh. Will definitely come back for ayce and a la carte again.

We’ve been coming to Ginza Thornhill at least once per week for years. We either eat in or take out and the food is always fresh and well made and the service is excellent. We highly recommend Ginza to everyone!

Prices at this location are good. Cheaper than other places I have visited. Only 15$ for a lunch time bento box. Food was good as well, and free parking is abundant Will come again it’s a new regular spot for me

Great vegetarian options. We tried veggie explosion, mango and a fried sweet potato rolls. The taste was really good, one star less for the service we experienced. The guy was in such a rush that he couldn’t wait to hear our full order. Asked for a beverages menu and it came in so late that we decided not to order anything to drink. Taste was good though.

We went to Ginza around 5:30pm on a weekday and the place was pretty much empty. Even with us being one of the only parties there it took a while for the staff to bring out menus to us. That said, the food did arrive quickly after we put our order in so tip our hats to the sushi chefs in the back. Everything was good and the ingredients were really fresh. You get a good amount of food for the price you pay. If you’re trying to dine out on a budget and you’re craving something a little bougier than McDonald’s this should be a strong contender.

Sushi was great, might honestly be the best place we have found in Toronto for it. Staff were very friendly and happily talked hockey with us out of towners while we waited for our pickup order. Was a great experience overall and their veggie explosion roll was amazing! Review edit : ended up having to stay in Toronto for 6 months for medical care. Ate here multiple times a week, never disappointed. Staff were so amazing, always having different suggestions or small things for us to try.

If you're on a budget and craving sushi, this is the spot for you. While it may not offer anything extraordinary, it's a reliable choice for a satisfying and affordable meal. A family of three can dine here for just $60-70, making it an excellent option for a family dinner. The atmosphere might not be remarkable, resembling more of a cafeteria with quick service, but the food is consistently fresh and tasty. The friendly staff add to the positive experience. I'm giving them five stars because there are few places where you can enjoy a delicious family meal at such an affordable price. Our order was: Two miso soups Avocado rolls Dynamite rolls Tom Yom Poke Bowl Tea and cola Total $70 with tips
