Gino's Pizza

The pizza is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life! Such a shame!! I ordered it for thanks giving party, we all had a bad time with the pizza. The pizza is super dry, no taste at all! That’s why you guys need to give us the sauce? If we don’t have the sauce, we can’t even know this is a pizza. All the toppings are dry! And we also ordered a box of chicken wings - terrible! Dry as hell!! The worst chicken wings I’ve ever had…. Please do improve!!! What a horrible experience🤮

There is a guy name steven. He is very nice to customers as well as people who are doing uber and skip. I went for a uber pickup. And i was thristy and he gave me water. And yes there customer service is too good. If you want any type of pizza or wings just head to this restaurant.

This location is not gino pizza i was informed this is call center for gino pizza and the they take orders and pass on to gino pizza for pick up and delivery. Here the store is wing machine famous for wings with wide variety of flavours but pizza is average and its kind of dry

I wish I could give it -100 rating. Worst pizza to receive in Toronto. You ask them for a Grilled Chicken Pizza they give you 2 small pieces of chicken inside the whole 2 pizzas and rest of oregano. Worst Experience Ever. Never Ever Buy from here.

Ordered pizzas and wings. Wings were small like they came from a pigeon, dry, like jerky and overcooked. All three pizzas were cold, dry and salty. They were missing a topping. They had missed a part of the order when delivering it the first time and had to wait another 20 minutes before receiving the rest of the order. In total, we waited 2 hours for the entire order. When we called in about the poor quality, they gave us attitude. The only person that had reasonable service was the delivery person.

Do Not Order From This Location!!! I’ve been a loyal customer of Gino’s pizza for 10+ years now, even before they were called Gino’s pizza. I’ve ordered jerk chicken wing many times before from this specific location, but today was absolutely terrible. Not just for the quality of the food but for the way I was spoken too. My food was chard and I know anyone familiar with jerk chicken or even common sense knows the difference between burnt food and the colour of seasoning. I called the store to make a complaint and I was disgustingly dismissed. I was talked over, and given attitude by the staff. RJ, one of the staff members tried to mask the burnt wings by claiming they were only cooked for “7 min, so they couldn’t possibly be burnt. That’s just the colour of the wings,” he claims. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told, “the manager is not in the store, he does not not work often,” keeping mind a few minutes prior I already had a brief conversation with the manager. I was dined of any compensation, and quality customer service, which should be the bare minimum. I miss the previous owners, this is unexceptionable and a great example of what not to do when running a business. You guys have truly lost my support specifically with this location. Do Not Order From This Location!!!
